Cleanliness culture starts from the place one gets educated and its people home and the school and college If India and Nepal can focus their efforts on providing totally concentrated plans on creating a habit of throwing the garbages on the desired place then nobody stops India to be clean and tidy. If educational ministries plans to make such curriculum that practically teaches student the manner of cleanliness then India could change. I am Nepali citizen and currently living in Japan And I love the campaign India started Nepal has too taken initiatives to create clean Nepal Let's do it together

In this Program the example of the city given is UK, Canada etc. My question is do these countries keep their city clean the way you are trying to do. Is it the long term sustainable solution? Law enforcement situation is worse than the cleanliness, should the citizens take the law enforcement in their control to get it fixed. Here I'm not trying to de-value the work you all are doing. But my concern is that the solution we are promoting is not sustainable in long run.
