I was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa at just 4 years old and began public speaking at age 5. I started just doing motivational speaking, but now I make videos and even model! I wouldn’t say it’s generous. Considering the state of the economy, people who have multiple properties make life extremely hard for those trying to enter the market.
It hikes up rental prices and it makes the market even more competitive because there are now less houses to choose from.
It actually really irritates me when people have multiple properties because as someone who needs to enter the market, it’s near impossible.

If you’re not already registered with the local commission for the blind, I recommend you do so you can get O&M training to get to know the area. As willing as your boyfriend is to help you, it’s always best to have an O&M instructor to help you be more independent and help you learn your way around.

MOLLY! I work in the paint industry and anything being hung or furniture that goes against walls needs at least two weeks of paint cure time before it’s safe. You risk paint getting stuck to things (and the paint peeling once those things move) and wall hangings putting dents into the paint/walls. Think of it like nail polish. It’s dry to the touch but needs time to harden all the way down
Oh, Molly, this is so exciting! As a fellow disabled human, I know this is a HUGE step!! You're spreading your wings and making your own way in the world because you found someone who loves and supports you. Your parents (and brother) must be so incredibly proud. I know how stressful the moving process can be! If you are renting, I have some tips for you. Cross check all of the reviews on Apartment Ratings. The best apps to use are PadMapper, Zumper, Apartment List, Nextdoor, and Facebook Marketplace. My fiancé and I were going to move but we are traveling all of July and our landlord was kind enough to offer us another year lease without a rent increase. I know that you will find the perfect place! 💗

This is so exciting, I've been watching your channel for years now and I'm so excited to see this next journey of your life, moving in with someone is a big deal, especially moving to a new location as well, excited to finally meet your boyfriend and to see all of the moving videos and other accessible videos you'll be making in your new place.
I can't believe it's already been nearly 4 years since I've been living in my new place, I moved in around this time 2021 and I remember all the moving videos I made moving into this new home I've been living in, so many changes were made since I moved here, I had to learn new bus routes and make my way around the town learning where everything was, I also got a new kitten a year later and just this year started a bathroom renovation putting in a new bathtub, so I understand what it's like to go through different changes when you're disabled, whether it be renovations or moving, it's always tricky when you're blind or visually impaired, so I wish you all the best and hopeyou enjoy your new place, can't wait to see all the new videos you make living with your boyfriend.
