I absolutely love the honest opinion & ratings of Mama Alma. I am a fan of Taco Bell, but if you compare it to Mexican cuisine she’s on point and I bet that mama knows how to cook some good Mexican cuisine. Plus the comments… “it’s like my first boyfriend, not my favorite so next” 😂

I really liked hearing Alma's whole thing on how she would do something like a cheesy gordita crunch. I love hearing about/seeing those "double reflection" things. You know, since Taco Bell is a distorted reflection of Mexican food this is a case of somebody who knows Mexican food well distorting and reflecting Taco Bell right back.

There's Mexican food and there's Taco Bell. Not sure why everybody is confused. It's like saying Little Caesars is Italian food. Or Panda Express is Chinese. We Americans take a good product and make it not as good but profitable.

Doesn't surprise me for three reasons, i'm actually Filipino Canadian from upper North America while even though the Philippines was the only southeast asian country colonized by the Spanish with native Visayan last names...Well at the same time Latin America has became very multicultural over the decades not just centuries and was third of all connected to southeast asia 200 hundred million years ago when the continents broke apart both Europe and Asia away from North America while the fourth reason was because even during the 14th century during the Spanish Period there were Filipino Migrant workers and Immigrants to not just Canada and the United States for the USA and US for the U.S. States, but also to Latin America as well also too, even way before Filipinos came to Latin America...Well a lot of Native and Indigenous Latinas were Asian looking with their eyes.!!!
