You guys are doing a great job. Your videos are very informative 👍🇭🇷🇨🇦
Thank you so much!! ♥️
@@RoyalCroatianTours koje je Vaše djevojačko prezime ??
I am from Croatia, I live in Canada. Me and my wife are going to Croatia soon, and we absorb your tips, like we have never been there!
Aww, glad you are finding them helpful! 🥰
This is such a useful video and you look so natural in front of the camera, Sarah! Love it! 🙂
Thank you so much good video❤
I love these videos, so informative...thank you...or as we say in Serbia, hvala.. ♥️
Hello from Phoenix Arizona! The more you show and talk about Croatia.. the more I want to visit your beautiful country ❤ thank you for your videos
Aww, you should definitely visit!! 🥰
You are the best ❤
nice tips ! thanks grtz from Utrecht
Can still swim in the Krka river, there is also a landscaped beach, but it is not at waterfalls... that might be important to mention, referring to Krka National Park as well 😀
Thank you for your videos!
My pleasure!
Small correction about swimming in Rastoke.
Slunjcica is very, very cold so no swimming there.
But only a couple hundred meters away, one can go swimming in river Korana which is warm and it's waters flow directly from the Plitvice Lakes.
Thanks for the tip with Korana!
Incorect, Slunjčica is not cold. It depends on the season..I went for a svim there few years ago and the water was great
We come every year since over 40 years to HR former Yugoslavia to Islands for diving.
G'day from Adelaide, South Australia! Thank you so much Sarah and Ivan for your Croatian clips! We're flying to Croatia in early May 2023 and will be hiring a rental car in Zargreb and making our way down the coast and finishing in Dubrovnik. We'll have a few days in Zargreb, before travelling onto Rijeka, then Zadar, Split and ending in Dubrovnik. We'll have at least 2 to 3 days in each location. This will be our first time visiting Croatia and we honestly can't wait!
I'm slowly going through your clips and trying to absorb as much information as possible and so far they've been very informative and a blessing! One thing we are doing when driving from Rijeka to Zadar, we'll be driving to the Plitvice Lakes before getting into Zadar that evening. We've already booked our park ticket for 11am too!
Looking forward to seeing more clips! James 🙂
How was your trip? Is Croatia nice as they say?
Very useful :-) Thanks a lot and warm greetings from Poland!
Our pleasure! 🥰 Warm wishes from Croatia!!
Great videos and tips.I am flying with my son in Feb. to Croatia and Slovenia (from South America) so all has been really useful to plan our visit there, Thank you so much for sharing. Also nice to see your kids can me the excursions I am planning to do with mine :-)
Great video ….. 👍🙋🏼♀️
Thank you so much!
Another great video, please include some info on direct flights from Canada as well as the US. Good info on Ryan air as that is info that's hard to come by !
helpfull
Also, regarding Ryanair, Zadar is as well big Ryanair hub (have been for the last 10 years or so with around 50 destinations just with Ryanair to Zadar). Might be faster to check to Zadar connection from EU cities with Ryanair rather than Zagreb as you are already at Dalmatia where most tourist tends to go.
True, Zadar is also a great option!
Wolt and Glovo are also great for sending food to loved ones in long distance relationships ;)
Oh great tip!!
❤
Nice, 🙌😊👍👌🍀
Nice video!💪🏼😁
Thanks! 😁
Yes
Please recommend an easy and quick to learn conversation of Croatian app. Thank you.
Just watched your two tips videos. Excellent! Can you add some info on renting a car in Croatia for #3? Also, you mentioned internal flights. Never thought of doing that so some more info on using those as well, please. Thanks from a fellow Canadian.
Really would like to hear inside tips on public transport within Croatia. I'm tentatively planning to do Zagreb - Pula - Zadar - Split - Dubrovnik. Are the trains really as slow and the buses as awful as many reviews say? Is it feasible to take ferries between the coastal cities? Is it essential to book well in advance? Is it reliable to book online or is it better to book at the stations? Thanks.
Croatia je najljepša zemlja.
🥰
@@RoyalCroatianTours thanks you. Support your channel
Thanks for your great video! What restaurants do you suggest in Zagreb? I want to make a reservation in advance!
Would you recommend Istra, Hvar, or Brac? Land in Zagreb, driving to lakes before either I go direct to Istra or into Split to take a ferry from Split to Brac and/or Hvar. I was told not to spend time in Split but Istra, Brac and Hvar are a must. Any thoughts? Thank you for the tips, great videos!
Very helpful, thank you! What is the best way to get from city to city within Croatia? Rented car, bus, train?
Tons of useful informations 👍🏼🤩
Could I drive a rental car from Croatia across Bosnia and Slovenia?
Please advise
Why not, especially slovenia as there's no border, but i think where ever you want but you need to say that and check it out due to insurance, i don't know how it works with rentals, is it for cro only, for schengen or perhaps for anywhere, just check that out with them.
Thank you, are the delivery apps you mention both in Croatian and English? Thank you.
Sarah, Great Channel - What is the best Cell phone service, and data plan for Croatia- Many thanks
In Slunjcuca river, it's not recommendable to swim because it's a very near well opening. It's comparable with Moraine Lake in Banff, Canada 🇨🇦. How much is cold even during summer. Its very clean and potable water. One of the best for drinking in wide area! But Korana ruver very near is nice and enjoyable for swimming, especially if you have kids .
Please do a video about croatia universities mam🥺🙏
Hi, I'm looking online on behalf of my dad and trying to find out how much 50g of tobacco is in the rabc/labin area. I can't find an up to date answer anywhere. My wife and I travelled from the uk to Rabac in 2021 for our honeymoon and were back this September and can't wait!
💪
🥰
A round trip of Croatia that is linear, only, excluding Istria? I highly recommend not omitting the Istrian peninsula. You can even get there by bus from Zagreb, to places like Pula and Rovinj.
No, I just meant a round trip plane ticket in and out of one city to get better airfare pricing. What to see within Croatia is unlimited, of course! I definitely recommend visiting Istria, too :)
@@RoyalCroatianTours Ah, sorry for the misunderstanding.
What about continental Croatia? A absolute hidden gem
@@powderskier5547 Do you have some favorite towns there?
@@scottbecker3485That would be Samobor, Varaždin, Trakošćan castle etc..
👍👍👍👍👍💯
Would you recommend to rent a car? Is it worth it?
Sarah I think I see a glow
Are you expecting baby number 4 ? You look like you have an “expectant” beauty glow about you today . Love your videos so much and your family ❤
Haha no, not expecting! I think it was just warm in the house 🤣🤣
Another fellow Canadian - this one from Ottawa! Was wondering how difficult it is to eat in Croatia with food allergies? I have a pretty severe nut allergy and realize that most bakeries and sweet treats our probably off limits, but just wondering about regular dining. Any tips on what to mention to servers?
We tend to eat and cook at home, so it very much depends on you what you want to cook. When it comes to restaurants you will have to check on their web page or calling in advance to ask what their policy is, since it differs from place to place. But I'd say most are willing to accommodate. What kind of nut allergy? Walnut, almond, peanut? If I'm not mistaken not all of the nuts are actually nuts.
@@HladniSjeverniVjetar every nut imaginable I stay away from - tree nuts and regular peanuts. I can definitely look at menus or call in advance too, I think I’m more concerned that if I say one thing by accident it would be misconstrued for something else. Are there any traditional dishes with nuts that I should try stay away from?
👍⚜👍
🥰 Thanks!!
We go by car every year from Slovakia to Tucepi to an all inclusive hotel…..than we do not need any money during our stay, we only buy a petrol and pay for highway on the way home…..
but im already in croatiaaaa its too late
😂😂
Lol same😂

tu i usred ljeta mogu zaplivati samo oni najhrabriji, temperatura vode maksimalno 13 stupnjeva 😅
My gf and I are planning a trip to Tisno this summer, are Uber and Bolt available in that area? Appreciate the info, thank you!
Not sure for Bolt as it started last summer Croatia. you have it in major cities but you cant drive them out of the center of the city. so i doubt its available in TIsno
We also have Uber but i never used it so i dont know if its available in the area.
major cities like Zadar do have them. but not sure about Tisno as its pretty small town
Hi there. I am in mind spenting 10 days in Croatia during February. Some say there are many rainy days in that period comoared to other months. Can someone kindly tell me if it's worth it at that time of year?
Sara, can you visit Čigoč with kids?
Yes it's on our list 😊
I heard those short flights inside europe can't take large bags. Is that still an issue?
They can, but they'll just charge extra for them!
Hy mam ..I wanted to know certain details about slatina..hw can I contact you
For point number 8 why go to Croatia only to sit in a hotel room and order fast food hahaha never could understand that 😂. Great video and I can’t wait to move there in 2025 :D
There's people that actually do this??
@@kar460 yeah it’s really sad to see. Lazy ass Westerners bringing convenience and laziness to Croatia but that world is probably not gonna exist due to the Russia and China heading out the door. Still damage will be somewhat done
Why 2025?
Could you please answer in next video "life hacks traveling to Croatia with toddlers (3 year i.e.). 1) Is it possible to rent baby stroller in Split? 2) Do we need stroller? 3) Kids and dangerous of sea. 4) Breakfast, lunch, dinner for kids - do you have siesta? 5) We will rent car with car-seat for our toddler - is is ok?
I'm planning on doing one with tips for traveling with kids!! Stay tuned!!
The only factor I don't like about Croatia is the beach because of pebbles everywhere. I rather get a tan in a nice soft sandy beach.
After euro Croatia became expensive… ask Croats.
Popular crowded restaurants tends to have average food and mediocre service.
So no, please find an anonymous nice place with average crowd at decent price, don’t cheap out or go crazy prices.
Don’t fall for this reservation bs.
Otherwise you can have a truly wonderful vacation there.
oop i went to croatia before watching this
I hope my automatic gun still works after the Yugoslav 🇭🇷 Wars
Please don't promote day trips to Slovenia, Montenegro and to some extent Bosnia. Slovenia has always impeded traffic on the border going to Croatia during the peak tourist season and Montenegro occupies a portion of the southern coast of Croatia given to them during the Yugoslav regime. Montenegro also attacked Dubrovnik where they mercilessly bombarded the town for months. Bosnia is downright unsafe to travel to, our friend got her purse stolen there in broad daylight in Mostar and travelers there sometimes just turn up missing. Just promote CROATIA, its surrounding countries are not necessarily "friendly" neighbors nor do they have Croatian interests at heart. Croatian tourists to Serbia have also gone missing with their family lucky enough to receive the bodies months later despite nobody even being charged for their murder.
Please shut up. Just please...... beyond uneducated. You are embarrassment.
Ridiculous comment
Are you nsa dda dna ?
Povijesno gledajući glavni grad Hrvatske je Split a ne Zagreb
Je Varaždin
Koliko daleko u povijest zelis ic? Hahaha. Knin? Solin? Nin?
