Why do I get the impression this is from my comment about using it with Utd 😀 I think that the first touch attribute should be given more consideration when looking for a target forward/winger. This will allow them to control the long passes to them from the better passers of the ball. Contrast that with players that aren't as good at passing and first touch then the physical attributes will become more important.

Set pieces I leave mostly to assistant. I literally only added long throws. Tactics are all in my patreon. I'll add player instructions in a comment in future vids
