It's not better than Sid's, it's Nina's version of it! Often quoted as the most covered song in history, you'd have a hard time finding the best version...
sid recorded my way in march 78 . and the song was released in the same year before this performance . nina hagen played at the Olympia and sang my way in 1980 so maybe she got the idea .she was in london at the time of the punk scene during the late 70,s
