I love your content! I own an Etsy vintage clothing shop and would love some content specific to vintage on Etsy from a strategic perspective. The biggest hurdle is that our products are all unique one timers so hard to scale without labour intensity. There is actually a real lack of this type of content on TH-cam so you will also be hitting a niche. Thanks again!

Hi, great video, Im making my first listing for my store right now and I've got a problem with the listing photo, it says that it has to be 2000 pixels wide, I've figured out how to make it 2000 pixels for the listing photos,but does this mean I will have to change all the file sizes I have to make them 2000 pixels wide, I am selling a digital download? I really love your channel! It offers real world, expert advice, unlike lots of other channels.
Question: I have had an Etsy shop for several years and doing well with a specific woodworking product but I also want to offer other woodworking products that may appeal to my buyers. Only thing is My shop name is too specific to the one product and I'm thinking of changing the name slightly to cover a more versatile woodworking company. What should I do? Open a second shop or keep the one expand it? I kinda want to expand it. I have excellent history and reviews so I'd like to capitalize on it. I'm just worried about the name change mostly.
Never worry about a name change! I'd jump on that asap!
When you say, focus on customers rather than restricting yourself to a niche, what are the differences between a customer and a niche? Isn’t a target customer considered a niche? I think some examples showing the differences would also be helpful!

The roadmap or blueprint is actually something I teach own my program! About half of my students start out in your position where they don't have a shop or idea of what to sell/who to sell to. This is what we identify in depth in modules 1 and 2.

Well, I just started a T-shirt shop.....called "Tee Monsters" and as I come from a web/graphic design background, I thought T-shirt designs would be the obvious niche to go for. However, I also want to sell mugs, hats and digital products but because my shop is focused on T-shirts, looks like I'll need to open a new shop. Perhaps a little later down the road?
