The dish your grandmother talks about at 14:57 sounds a lot like a finnish dish called "kala kukko", which is something I've only heard about from my older siblings. As a child I was allergic to fish so I couldn't enjoy the ones I caught in the lake at our summer house, so seeing her prepare the fish brings back dear memories from the childhood. Especially from my father who used to be the one gutting the fish- and smoking it :) Great video!
My grandparents from finland not too far from there. Lingonberries are the best in late summer. And Pirrakkas (as they say in Finland) are amazing. Usually only filled with potato or rice, topped with heaps of egg butter. Nice job!
Karjalan piirakka (tho we tend to call them riisi-/perunapiirakka nowdays, in Finland anyway)! And you can't have them without munavoi, well you can, but you'd be doing it wrong.
