I just had TLH this past sunday.. And i ordered just what you made.. And u did a damn good job.. But if you get a chance to get to TLH... Its a MUST...be prepared to wait for at least 2 to 3 hours to dine in if not food trucks are on site also that was a 45 min wait.. But well worth it!!!

That all depends on the size of your leg as some come from wings and others are actually legs. From culinary experience in a kitchen....these size legs I've seen from the wings(about 45m-1h) to the actuall leg which may take up to 1h-11/2h depending on the size. as one leg can weigh 1#. I've stuffed breast on chix but what is procedure on legs(bone-in) as this is very interesting?????

Looks good, music sucks ! Don't understand why you didn't cut the turkey leg pieces off and then put the sauce & rice on top instead of battling and cutting while the sauce is falling off the leg?! I hear you on the roux taking away from the alfredo flavor. Roux is overrated in many recipes !
