Dizziemiss Lizzie it’s not cute if it costs to much and it does. They call it what the do to disguise that it’s really a single wide which it is. And a single wide doesn’t cost what this does. A sucker is born every minute.
Dizziemiss Lizzie, anyone that cares whether or not their home is stable for 5 years or for 100 years. Without major precautions (like putting a complete raised roof over the mobile home when brand new, and making sure it has deep overhanging eaves) a mobile home will start leaking in places you don’t see, like the tops of walls and windows, leaking down inside the wall to rot the studs, destroy the insulation, etc. only way to really stop it is to do a roofover, with overhang, deep overhang.
I think it’s just about durability and the holding of value with large purchases. It’s not just to complain. My Mom was shocked that her “modular home” is worth nothing. also I used to live by an elderly woman who was also damaged in this way. After her husband died, she couldn’t afford to live in her “fancy” senior’s community of modular homes. Nice, but the bedroom closet would be better if all along the wall, with sliding doors. This has limited access. (Could have mirrors on the slide doors...;-) I say this because we live in a park model for two months in the winter, with a bedroom almost identical to this, and that feature, (closet that can be accessed by both sides by large, mirrored sliding doors) made all the difference. Looks more like a Modular home instead of a Tiny house. Still very nice.
I was thinking to myself the whole time that they really just built a trailer house.....but it's really nice....but it's like a trailer, huh?
@@emilylockhart1020 I thought so too. Alot trailers here in Tennessee look just like this one. Nice but pricey and not a tiny house lol.:)
why cant a tiny house be a modular trailer? lol these are small, inexpensive (30-60k) and portable, whats not to like? theyre called park models, been around forever..
@@ejRecording Never said I didn't like. Very nice. My friends have the traditional tiny houses and to Alot of us,opinion wise they look nothing alike. Everyone has different views and that's cool. Take care!:)
@@ejRecording true, its a very nice house regardless.
This is incredible for a 640 sq ft (not including porch). Lots of attention to detail! Great AUD.
Thanks. Please share it. Need more folks to know about it. Lol
This little house packs a big punch, love it 💗
Thank you. Please share the video
@Mr. DroCro the home has base pricing in mid 50s. Final pricing depends on delivery location. It's a great value
Yes indeed!
This is really nice thank for showing it
thank you!
The house looks good good job i love it
Very much like a studio apartment I once lived in.
Looks to me pretty much like a single wide mobile home, aka a trailer, with all the pricy upgrades.
It is basically but with all the better quality floors, a front porch, nice windows and cabinetry.
It looks so much prettier which means a lot
Thank you for doing such an in depth tour!
L Ranada you are welcome
Omg!..very classy and beautiful..👍
I would love to have one how would I go about seeing about one
Let me know your zip code and i can direct you to the nearest display center. Billw@oakcreekhomes.com
Is that 48' living space plus the 8' porch? Or is it 40' living space with the 8' porch?
48' including porch.
Does it come with a Banjo
LOL.. If you can play it, I'll provide it.
This is too precious!! The color in the kitchen is gorgeous!!!
Excellent presentation Bill I appreciate that you show the home not just stand around with the camera on you blahing ; ) I very much like options the standard shower and elongated toilet are nice. I t would be interesting to know what the max R value we could get is. I also like how there are lots of electrical outlets.
Thanks Mark,
The max R values are r30 roof, R19 side walls, and R22 floors. Thanks for the kind words. Let me know if there is anything else i can do for you.
The closet also had 4 large drawers at the bottom. Perfect!
Sounds trashy
@@eloyreno lol Actually, it was nice, and made the size of the room work very nicely.

Yes senior here would love this
Single wide trailer with nice options in 2019 = Mini Mansion/Tiny house.
Jay P 16 ft wide is not a single wide.
@@kristinjayne6720 18 Ft or less in width is a single wide from my understanding. It's a single wide.
Jay P My understanding has always been that 12 ft was a single wide. Perhaps that has changed.
It's a single wide because it's one piece. Double wides are 2 pieces.
Beautiful! Love it!
Thank you! Cheers!
Hello Beautiful your smile is priceless😍
I love this!!!!! 😩I WANT ONE
Absolutely Beautiful Right up My Ally.
Call this a trailer dude.
This is not a tiny house.
Trailer dude.. LOL>. I kinda like that. Has a nice ring to it.
Sales people invented the euphemistic language.
yes it is, it's the original tiny house!
Modular and Manufactured home reviews....just beautifully done!! :)
Who owns the term “tiny home”? Was it copyrighted by some group when I wasn’t paying attention?
This is nice 👍 great job
it's weird to hear about a "tiny home" without the word "loft" in there.
Wow Trailers been evolving
Price of the model shown?
The home base prices in mid 50s. Final pricing depends on delivery destination
I love these homes. Very cute.😍
