yea, U can do that too. but make sure u cut the straight edges at each end to avoid the detachment

My son is a high school senior wrestler. He sprained annkle and kindda hurt knee last week wrestling. He does not want to take a break and still going to practice. Ankle is a little puffy, just a little bit though. Knee not swollen but is unconformable. Anyways he can use tape and use compression sleeves at the same time? If tape comes off when taking a shower can he just use compression sleeves during the whole day to reduce swelling?

@@Vivomed physios do not have much knowledge on K tape so a specialist in k TAPE is your better option
