As @bartek.igielski pointed out, I was unclear in my messaging, I was making the point that ad-blockers work on these websites, not that you HAVE TO/SHOULD use them. Ads help independent web developers giving them at least some kind of income, so if you wanna support them you shouldn't use it. It is everyone's free choice.

If the pages are so worried about making money, they can set up donations... + Keep in mind you are talking about companies, not independent mod creators, they get nothing for sharing their mod on there, the company makes money off of them. So unless you work at one of the companies I don't see your point? You are basically saying I need to keep AD-s on every page I visit facebook, youtube whatever, otherwise they don't make money?
Which of those mods pages are run by a company? Even if some of them will be, AFAIK companies don't magically create income out of thin air. What is my point? You actively suggest others to act against someone's project, while there is no reason to do it. Instead of focusing on ease of use, size of the mods catalog, quality of filtering etc. you are talking some shit about the ads they are running. I'm not saying what you, or others need to do with the ads in general (for example, on social media sites you pay with your data anyway, whether you like it or not). I'm saying it's not okay to promote ads blocking on projects that most likely are run by a single person or small teams, where those ads are most likely the only source of income and keep those projects alive. And no, I'm not related to FS modding scene in any way, just play the game. If you don't believe me, I'm using my real name and face, unlike you, just google me.
@@bartek.igielski Well 1 is the official site aka mod hub and is run by GIANTS themselves, King Mods is a company and has many revenue streams including a you-tube channel, fs22.com is also a company who has multiple websites for many games including a popular GTA V one, the rest I am not 100% sure, so I won't comment on that. I see your point, and It is great to support independent web developers, I should know, I run 10 websites for a company I work at, and have ran many others independent. (This is my PERSONAL OPINION as a web developer, but for me I really don't care if people use it or not, because I wouldn't monetize my sites with ads in the first place, it will lead to less people visiting the sites, and there are better ways to monetize then getting 0.02$ every 1000 visitors :) However with how shoved-down-your-throat ads have gotten, I think it is completely reasonable to bring this point up, as I mentioned before, if the websites wanted, they can forbid you from using an adblock, which is why I brought it out that it works with adblock. I never promoted an adblocker, I just made the point that the adblockers can clear ads on these sites. Some sites (like youtube for example, now makes your video buffer time much slower when u are using an adblocker) or some just straight up won't let you view anything on the site, before you disable it. Remember the glory days when sites like you tube only had one 5 second ad and even that was skip-able? And now there are 3x 25second long ones that aren't skip-able... that's the shoving-down-your-throat I am talking about, they keep getting worse and worse :D Besides how many people do you think will download an adblocker just because I said it works on these sites? 99% who actually care about that, already have an adblocker installed anyway. :D

If it was independent mod creators, that is a whole other story. From experience, it is much harder making a mod for a game, then it is setting up a website :)
Tell me tho, if I just posted the links, would you even bother watching the video, or would you just scroll to the description and open them all and leave the video in 10 seconds? :D For that we have google, this behavior would damage my videos viewership by like 80% because TH-cam wants people to actually watch the video.
Yes I get it, if it was any particular MODS, But this video is about WEBSITES you can download mods from. If you just want links and don't care about anything else, USE GOOGLE. Any of these websites can simply be accessed by typing the name into the address bar, and clicking the first result in google.
While the risk is never 0% when downloading something. I have installed over 1000 different mods, and no virus. I know this because I actually work as an IT specialist 😄
@AeoAeoziii That's gotta be some baddddd luck dude, I have installed over a 1000 mods, never even gotten a notification they might be infected. Be sure to use an anti virus just in case. Windows defender on windows 10 and 11 will defend against 98% of all viruses on the internet.
I can't let it go. So poor you even mention ad-blockers. A big part of lots of the communities is depended on ads. If you don't like them, well... don't use that sites. So stupid to recommend ad-blockers in a video like this one. Make this video over again would be a good thing in my opinion.

Download the mod, and then drag it to your "mods" folder under farming simulator 22, usually located in the Documents folder.

Depends on the site, the official mod hub, and one other supported consoles as well.
