Disc Harrowing chopped straw, and even the bare remains of the plant is also doing the same effect, and Oilseed Radish is planted specifically for this effect. in farming sim you only get 2 fertilizer states, which makes O-R and Chopped Straw harrowing fairly useless compared to just fertilizing it with manure or liquid/solid fertilizers. In Real Life though, these are all fertilizing the field on two different categories.

Chopped straw does improve yields but it will take a few years to see the effect
The wheelie is useful for loading on trailers.
A really useful mod is csz pac which adds so many different loader tools and some of them are auto loading bale attachments
