    Today, I'm going to make a dessert that uses corn from Chodang
    Compared to regular corn, sugarcane is a lot more common than normal corn
    It's relatively sweet, refreshing, and refreshing

    chodang(sweet) corn 150g
    butter 13g
    heavy cream 360g
    milk 90g
    ugar 95g
    egg yolk 100g
    - Prepare the corn by steaming it in advance.
    ① Stir-fry butter and corn per second over medium heat.
    ② Add whipped cream, milk and a little sugar, and heat.
    ③ I'd like a bar mixer, please a bar mixer.
    ④ In another bowl, combine the yellow egg and the rest of the sugar.
    ⑤ Divide 3 and mix.
    ⑥ Sift it through a sieve, and pan it.
    ⑦ Bake at 150°C / 30 to 35 minutes (302℉).

      보관은 한김 식힌 후,냉장 보관해주시면 됩니다
      냉동은 추천드리지 않구,
      보관하실 땐, 균이 들어가지 않도록
      랩으로 한번 싸서 보관하시거나
      밀폐용기에 넣어 보관해주세요~
      달걀이 들어간 디저트이기때문에
      하루 안으로 드시는 걸 추천드립니다✨

    오븐이 없어서 그러는데 혼합물을 커스타드 크림처럼 가열해서 식힌 후에 카라멜라이징 해도 비슷하게 나올까요...???

      혹시 에어프라이기 있으실까요~? 있으시다면 동일하게 진행하시면 되시구, 만약 없으시다면
      크림브륄용기마다 호일로 감싸준 후,
      찜기에 넣고 쪄주시는 게 더 비슷하게
      나올 듯 합니다
      제가 직접 해본건 아니라
      정확한 시간대는 모르지만
      완성 시점은 용기를 흔들었을때
      크림브륄레가 일본식 계란찜처럼
      모양은 유지하지만 찰랑찰랑하게
      흔들리는 형태까지 쪄주시면 될 듯합니다~!
