Who are these privileged wet judges and who are they accountable to? Or are they just given a free hand to do our politicians will. As far as I understand US judges are accountable to the senate and are grilled and held to account for their wet sentencing judgements.
Well, sometimes they're contradicting politicians to do these things. Even Yvette Cooper tried to step in and have one of these guys deported, but the Judge said no, lol. The Judges are as bad as the politicians in many respects.
I'm writing as I watch. Unless you have an unintelligible dialect, you are posh to many people. My grandchildren changed their name because people called them "Posh Boys"
The judges that work the immigration cases are the real problem aswell here in italy. We have every day a new arrive in Lampedusa, 500/1000 persons per day all asking asylum, most of them using the tactics of first the mens and then come all the family plus relatives and their oldest ones. I think that is not sustainable allow illegal foreigners who come here with no documents, most of the time lying to officials when here. i have a close relative that until the last year had an addiction to heroin and cocaine that showed me and told me about all of those guys from Tunisia, especially Kerkennah and sfax, 2 small isles that basically the whole population of youngsters are here (italy)"working" as low level drug pushers, and they told my friend that Lampedusa is theirs and they boast on Facebook of their trips from Tunisia to italy and back, because they have to hide the moneys. and when some dude get arrested it will pass some day and a new relative will take his phone and restart selling! yeah the addicts are complicit in this but idk
Who on earth are these judges and who gives them authority to make these ridiculous decisions.? There is no accountability what so ever. Should have revoked any authority they had immediately after Brexit imo.
Yes, literally 0 accountability. These decisions are crazy. If they're within the law, change the law. It's that simple. I keep saying it but... political will. That's all that is required to make changes happen.
If they are not able to be deported, they should be imprisoned until they can be deported. British is soft and far to concerned about the right of the individual than on social well-being
One of the weak things about Reform is even though they bang on about leaving the ECHR, they don't say how. Because the truth is we are locked into it by May's Brexit deal, which Boris rammed through.
What you need in this country is someone like Trump (or me) who doesn't care one jot for about following 'international rules' to the point where our own country gets decimated because of bad decisions other people made.
People going on about Reform being the only way out of this mess. But they may not get in , we may not have elections. But by 2029 we may not have a country left. Them big cars and Amazon knives can do some serious damage to people or it could be fatal
Thank you! It was a strange discussion in that last video. It's obviously irrelevant, but if you read the discussion in the pinned comment, some of the replies are just crazy.
Thank you for discussing this topic of importance so more Brits are aware of the failures of their government in relation to these terrible miscarriages of justice. Those who have been responsible for allowing these criminals to go on to commit further crimes, and then not deport them, should be charged for negligence and d incompetence and possibly even accessory to these crimes. The judges need to be assessed whether they are still fit to serve in my opinion.
British common law states that we all have rights, and the law is supposed to decide whose rights take precident. I think that they have forgotten this, and are failing to consider the fact that other peoples rights are being infringed by these people. Their right to have mental healthcare is not more important than the right of other poeple to not be stabbed to death.
the number of people how after beating a child are then allowed to remain to be in child's life (normally a different one) is horrifying. our Immigration Tribunal dose not know the meaning of "prevention of disorder or crime" as found in multiple part 2 of the ECHR or rather it seems to think they have no meaning (Other courts seem to have a view that these words have meaning)
Great video, thank you. What about our mental health? Knowing that these people and more are hanging around our schools, play areas and so on. My old man is 70 and served in the Army and always on about location awareness. To him, when he goes out it's like he's walking in hostile lands, eye's everywhere. We need a strong leader, and like you, we can't see one.
If you're an overstayer as the terminology goes after 20 years, you can apply for Leave to Remain, and it's usual to grant it. This has been the case for a few decades.
Aye Up BL, another good video. 👍🏻 It certainly is an extremely frustrating situation where criminals are able to play the system and outrun justice. I just wonder how long it is going to be until one of these undesirables picks the wrong victim and the aggrieved take matters into their own hands. To quote Christine Chang, a lecturer in war studies at Kings College London, and although she stated this in a different context, it does relate: “I think when you are desperate… and have no other channel to which you can actually voice all of the pain and trauma.. you turn to violence. And many people do believe that our state has not only failed them but is actively against them. 🙁 Keep up the good work PS Enjoyed the filming in this vid. 😉
Thanks, mate! I have no respect for people playing our system. It's not even like it's hard, we have made it so easy to take advantage of our rules. "Fair point, you can stay" If you think I'm joking, google about the man who was allowed to stay in the UK because he had a cat.

No need whatsoever either to lie about or be ‘snobby’ about Tommy Robinson who has sacrificed so much. Thank you for speaking up, you have a great future ahead of you if you fight, fight, fight!
Well, he was released from prison early specifically to be deported, which does make sense in theory. It saves the taxpayer money. But it relies on him not immediately re-entering the UK illegally. There should be a clause with these deportation deals that if you then illegally return, you're sentenced to min 10 years in custody or something. Even if you win some asylum case, you're going to jail.
The Human Rights Lawyers are involved, with legal aid paid by tax payers, and who is the power being these money grubbing Law offices. Someone who blocked most deportations the t 14 years.

NF and RT and PM know they will never have what TR has: integrity and courage in the face of death. Sad
It's jobs for the boys in the U.K.
I agree with you about Farage a bit of a Wally.
I'm writing as I watch. Unless you have an unintelligible dialect, you are posh to many people. My grandchildren changed their name because people called them "Posh Boys"
Many are weirdos who was involved with dolphin sq in the 70s
Another great video , the CPS needs a look at tooo
Yes, they do.
And who pays for their appeals ? Yes you, the taxpayer.
Correct.
How much are lawyers making? This looks like a scam.
The intelligentsia in the UK is the issue. Judges are part of that cohort of left leaning do gooders.
Indeed.
Why can't we use the constitution and common law?
Just tell the ECHR to do one! This country needs to grow a pair!
@@BritishLandeur The (or me) is a very good idea. Stand for Parliament.
People going on about Reform being the only way out of this mess. But they may not get in , we may not have elections. But by 2029 we may not have a country left. Them big cars and Amazon knives can do some serious damage to people or it could be fatal
Because it's afraid of being called racist.
White intellectuals are the most racist, because they are more concerned about migrants than
their own nations people.
I’m getting out. I’m still going to operate my business but spend my money abroad.
I understand that families should not be split up... so they go too.. for as the old proverb says... The apple does not fall far from the tree.
Those Skies are Stunning!....
Yeah nice to have the clouds go away for a day, honestly.
@BritishLandeur ..just finished watching, towards the end your comments on physiognomy were hilarious,..you are correct some folks are very strange 😂
You’re right you couldn’t make it up .
Excellent commentary and analysis as always! Who cares if you’re posh or not? It’s what you say that matters! Keep up the great work ☺️🙌🙌
Thank you!
It was a strange discussion in that last video. It's obviously irrelevant, but if you read the discussion in the pinned comment, some of the replies are just crazy.
@ will do! ‘There’s nowt as strange as folk’!
We need to get out of the ECUR 😠
Thank you for discussing this topic of importance so more Brits are aware of the failures of their government in relation to these terrible miscarriages of justice.
Those who have been responsible for allowing these criminals to go on to commit further crimes, and then not deport them, should be charged for negligence and
d incompetence and possibly even accessory to these crimes. The judges need to be assessed whether they are still fit to serve in my opinion.
One thing that your videos have taught me is that the legal system is completely broken
I’m holding my head and crying into my handkerchief, so sad that Britain has become a monumental car crash.
This is why we are the laughing stock to the World. It’s so embarrassing 😢
the number of people how after beating a child are then allowed to remain to be in child's life (normally a different one) is horrifying. our Immigration Tribunal dose not know the meaning of "prevention of disorder or crime" as found in multiple part 2 of the ECHR or rather it seems to think they have no meaning (Other courts seem to have a view that these words have meaning)
Great video agree with you on everything but you must do the farage one and Rupert Lowe would get things done
Rupert Lowe would get things done, Lawrence!
Rupert Lowe vs. Nigel Farage video, maybe?
@@BritishLandeur yes go for it
Ukip patriots not politicians
Great video, thank you. What about our mental health? Knowing that these people and more are hanging around our schools, play areas and so on. My old man is 70 and served in the Army and always on about location awareness. To him, when he goes out it's like he's walking in hostile lands, eye's everywhere. We need a strong leader, and like you, we can't see one.
is it to late to save the land of our fathers, maybe Trump can make us a state of the US of A.
If you're an overstayer as the terminology goes after 20 years, you can apply for Leave to Remain, and it's usual to grant it. This has been the case for a few decades.
Not actually decades as I can remember it being 12 years in around 2004.
Yeah, and that's absolutely insane in a country where nobody is even bothering to try and find / deport these people.
Is frustrating that the politicians appear to care more about illegals than their own people.
Completely agree, tice and farage will not do what we need done. we need a Trump !
Aye Up BL, another good video. 👍🏻
It certainly is an extremely frustrating situation where criminals are able to play the system and outrun justice.
I just wonder how long it is going to be until one of these undesirables picks the wrong victim and the aggrieved take matters into their own hands.
To quote Christine Chang, a lecturer in war studies at Kings College London, and although she stated this in a different context, it does relate:
“I think when you are desperate… and have no other channel to which you can actually voice all of the pain and trauma.. you turn to violence.
And many people do believe that our state has not only failed them but is actively against them. 🙁
Keep up the good work
PS Enjoyed the filming in this vid. 😉
Thanks, mate! I have no respect for people playing our system. It's not even like it's hard, we have made it so easy to take advantage of our rules.
"But if I get deported after my life sentence, who will look after my cat?"
"Fair point, you can stay"
If you think I'm joking, google about the man who was allowed to stay in the UK because he had a cat.
How do you feel about bringing back wonga in the Uk? @@BritishLandeur
@@BritishLandeur I know full well that you’re not joking mukker, I have not only kept abreast of many of the issues affecting our country, I’ve long been involved in some of them! If only you and I had batco comms. 🤣
You talk a lot of sense. Subscribed.
I don't think there is 100% judicial independence in any country. Politicians are thankful as they are not to be blamed.
Remember, these people have all used services, schools for the kids, been issued NI numbers no doubt, used hospital services, has accessed housing. And not once did anyone notice these people were here illegally?
First London became Londonstan, now British police
have become Polistan
Very interesting stuff. You did well rounded up this. Hopefully helps raise awareness.
Thanks!
Thank you
They’re making a laughing stock of the British law, it’s amazing how many kinds of lame excuses they make and the judges accepts it. I totally agree, Nigel is weak, Rupert Lowe should be the leader of reform. You should get into parliament you’re brilliant.
Nigel is only making plans for Nigel....he's not my choice.
Agreed, nor mine.
I agree. Mr Farage sat on the fence for too long when he could have made a real difference and Labour would not be where they are today.
" We can learn a lot from Islam." KING CHARLES
We need a TRUMP like in the UK
Or a Churchill like. Churchill was a war/terror criminal during World War Two.
He would start deportations like he did in Europe - that is, Operation Keelhaul etc.
They are there but no-one wil support them. All they do is moan about how things are getting worse.
Intellectuals might be more concerned about migrants etc. than their own nations people.
Spot on again!
So jealous of usa having trump 😢
Well said pal 👏
We need to quickly develop a new party.
What would you like them to stand for? Because there's probably already a party out there!
I’m so sorry😢🇺🇸
Things criminals must change Now
It's absolutely ridiculous 😤🤬
You give me a bit of hope that someone as young as you can speak so articulately, with eyes wide open to the corruption and injustice all around us. Agree 100% on your view of Farage - Rupert Lowe has integrity as has Howard Cox, Ben Habib, Andrew Bridgen. No need whatsoever either to lie about or be ‘snobby’ about Tommy Robinson who has sacrificed so much. Thank you for speaking up, you have a great future ahead of you if you fight, fight, fight!
Lee Anderson yes 🙌
Wanna bet! If I had my way, they'd be attempting to swim back to France with their solicitors and judges in tow.
Sack the Border officials who allowed the Albanian guy to return; and the Prison officials who didn't make him finish his prison sentence when he did.
We need to get rid of this ECHR foolishness. It’s our country, let’s take it back!
The ECHR is mad. It was designed for Europeans following WW2, not for the entire third world to come to England, lmao.
The Human Rights Lawyers are involved, with legal aid paid by tax payers, and who is the power being these money grubbing Law offices. Someone who blocked most deportations the t 14 years.
What planet is the judiciary on?
These bloody do gooders are full of tosh and completely mad. But then I think again and realise they are doing it for the money. Full of such empathy? No full of greed.
It's the tribunals and judges who seem to be at fault ,no appeals for sentenced served foreign nationals straight to the holding centre then back to the country of birth .
I have to agree with you about Nigel Farage, he is weak, i also think he's become too big for his boots and the rise in popularity for Reform has gone to his head. He's sounding more like the uniparty every day. What other choices do we have?
Plenty of other parties desperate for your support!
