People call me names. They push me towards the edge of my sanity. If I fall, I lose myself forever.
    I feel so angry.
Just a second away from destroying someone.
I feel this bursting flame. Like a bomb. Inside my chest. I clench my fists. I am controlling myself.
I feel so powerful at that time that I can sink my fingers in someone's chest and tear their ribcage apart. My eyes widen.
I feel this rage! I feel so energetic! Full of adrenaline!
    I can do anything!
    I can kill.
    But I don't.
I spare them and say "Allah will deal with you"

The fact that you feel guilty and have the knowledge of your own State is a gift from Allah. Allah is making you and me realise it we are amongst the lucky ones who at least have the knowledge that they are being misguided or wrong many of them don't even feel❤️❤️❤️ the guilt of the disconnection.
May Allah help us all in our personal situations.

    Very helpful.
I have most of times fallen victim to false accusations simply because people just hear one side of story and never clarify from the other side. Never check with me...
I had endured until recently I had an outburst. As a result of the outburst, I was feeling bad because now they all said the typical line of "what kind of practicing Muslim are you, your salah, your Qur'an, what use are they if you can outburst, feel bad and angry".
People think when you are observing Islam, you just let them step on your head, continuing hurting them without expecting any response. This is what they understand by patience.
They forget that practicing Muslims are also humans with emotions and feelings.
After years of tolerating, they will reach a boiling point.
I felt that too, angry, sad and broken... to the extent that I felt I have failed in the eyes of Allah by having the outburst...😥
Thanks to my study of Islam, I was not consumed by my guilt, I knew its OK to feel angry as long as I watch my tongue and not cut off ties with people. This action is sabr. And after listening to this speech I'm rest assured about it.

All cultures share anger. And none should. Becoming angry when needed is normal. But as I tell my own subscribers--staying in that state is not. Suffering from chronic anger causes a few problems. First it impedes your progress. By draining your energy that you should be using to advance yourself. Ever been angry all day at work then skipped that night workout? That's probably why. But it also isn't physically healthy and can lead to long term effects on the heart and doctors now think future cancer as well. Not to mention high blood pressure. There are two simple methods I tell my own people how to control anger. One you have with you--your breathing. You can breathe in a meditative state while walking down the street. You picture a coil slowly unwinding as if you were breathing through your stomach. Slow and in and out. Wind the coil and let it go slowly. It calms you down and if you do it every few hours for maybe ten reps then it keeps you calm. Second--reflect on what you are growing angry about. Is it really going to affect you even four months from now? You'll find many times it won't. So I would use these techniques to minimize anger so you can only progress forward. Hope that helps someone out there---Charles

These days people start behaving so cheap when we stay honest they start lying again and again and in end they push to our last limits they do cheap tricks to revenge and hurt but as soon as we say something abusive they catch it and taunt us anger can cause no one good in end those who hurt will regret

The narrator still didn't tell how to control your anger. Istg I rlly need to learn how to manage my anger cuz when I'm angry I say/do so many things that makes me regret later; especially when someone yells at me. When a teacher yells at me, I yell at her back and later I feel guilty. I'm in dire need of anger management advice

@@TheJacko8887 You are right. By music I did not mean drums or guitar. A capella is also a form of music without instruments. All I wanted to say was that the lecture in itself is powerful enough. No need to put music ( with or without) instruments in it.

2: 256. *There is no compulsion in the ‘True way of life’. The Right Way has been cleared from the wrong way, then anyone who rejects with the Thagooth and believes with Lord Allah, verily he has grasped the strongest Rope that never breaks; and Allah is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.*
It is told in verses 10: 99-100: “If your Lord had so wished, everyone on earth would have believed all of them together! Are you forcing mankind to become believers? It is not apt to any soul to believe unless, with Lord’s Permission, He places blight upon those who are not utilizing their intelligence”. Adhikr is the Unbreakable Rope extended from Paradise to earth, so whoever holdfasts It, he did holdfast Lord, and is guided into the Straightpath as told in verses 3: 101-102. It is told in verse 31: 22: “Whoever submits his face to Lord Allah while he is testifying the Best Book Adhikr, then he has grasped the Unbreakable Rope, and to Allah returns whole matters”. Whoever prefers Adhikr, It will guide him to Lord’s House Paradise, and whoever neglects It, It will push them into Satan’s House Hell. Lord taught through His Messenger the explanation of verse 4: 118 “In every thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine will go to Hell and the remaining one will go to Paradise. This ratio is well-known, specific and fixed”.
Thagooth (the arrogant satanic forces): It includes one’s whim, selfishness, partiality, racism, nationalism, communalism, sexual partiality, and all such different footsteps of Satan. See explanation 2: 185-186 and 10: 108.
