@Sparky Channel. Thanks Bill for the great demonstration and instructions on how to restring the head of that Milwaukee string trimmer. Milwaukee improved on that head design by making the head alignment easier to see than on my Echo. Keeping you and your family in my daily prayers.
Yes. That's why I've been working long, hard hours trying to get ready. Lots of concrete sidewalk work with the concrete sloping away from the house, etc. Also trying remedies for underground water flows. We'll see soon enough. Thanks!@@ccadama
I think I'll stick with my Ego self winding carbon shaft trimmer. it looks like Milwaukee's design is loosely based on Ego's invention, but without the convenience of motorized push button winding. I didn't hear how long of a piece of string you use.
HI! I used about 12' of string. I don't like to fill them to the max. They seem to run more problem free that way. Ego's are excellent. I have the Ego lawnmower and I love it.

Great to hear from you, how have you been? Yes, I hope this helps people when they run out of string.
@@SparkyChannel Hi Bill. Doing okay.
Stay safe. Heard more rain is heading your way.

Good video Sparky. They do make it pretty easy.
Thanks Gary. Have a great Sunday!
Happy Sunday Bill 😎⚒️😎⚒️😎
Thanks, and Happy Sunday to you as well!
How do I get new string out when it’s worn out
Is there a way to remove that trimmer head?
Is there something to stop getting covered in grass weeds when using this trimmer?
I think you have to walk backwards and trim on your right side. I'm trying to remember how I do it exactly lol. Gotta hold it on an angle too.
Figured it out right before I found this... but I didnt know I could just feed the line through
My m18 has a button in the middle and No one else on you tube is demonstrating that style to restring..
Thank you

Put "A LINE" into the "ALIGN" hole!😀
LOL! That's correct.
