    At what point does trust become presumption Father.

      Depends. We can trust without limit that “all things work for the good for those who love God”, the good ultimately being our salvation and sanctification. We cannot necessarily trust that we will get that job, be healed, have good weather, etc., since those things aren’t necessarily ordered to our salvation and sanctification, and could sometimes be an obstacle to it.
