This is the last full length video from the White Marlin Open. Like me on Facebook and Instagram and other platforms for shorter bonus videos from the WMO... Please forgive the quality, it is exceedingly difficult to film in the dark and then in the rapidly changing light conditions at dawn, particularity in cloud cover. Enjoy! facebook.com/ZipZapPower/ instagram.com/zipzappower/
Very nice! Virtually no power boat experience. Lots of serious sailboat racing on the Great Lakes. I won a spot on a competitive racing crew due the fact I would sail with my feet on the side deck rail heeled over while the water (COLD....Lake Michigan) up almost to my knees, grinding in the jib or mainsail under the single mast spotlight during the middle of the night WHILE throwing up. The skipper liked that. I always crewed for races, no casual cruising. We'd sail across Lake Michigan or up north vertically "parallel" to the shore.
who in the actual hell is clicking dislike?! also, im proud of the dudes in the midnightexpress for having rod holders and putting poles in them. one more edit... that 53 suenos 😍😍😍
Thanks for the video . Finally A Buddy Davis 50 but still no 31 Bertram sport fish or a Rybovich . I will tell you how sorry I am . Those 2 unidentified boats I paused the video and took out my magnifying glass looking for any identifying signs . SIGH , I need a life . MERRY CHRISTMAS .

The yellow hull @ 4:05 is a Montgomery Wards Sea King.
Love seeing those Express boats. Feel free to do an Express boat compilation whenever the mood takes you...
Makes me miss summer already. I love heading out a 4AM on a clear calm morning. No moon. Just stars. Calm as glass. Perfection.
Very nice!

3:48 Blackfin ..... sweet ride 👌
That Midnight Express sure is one beautiful peace of drift wood isn't it .
👍😎
First light is great. I love early mornings. Great job. 👌👍
Me too! thanks.. , i just wish cameras worked better in the low light and changing color temps.
In the summer you should go to the byc inlet at Baltimore yacht club marina, it sometimes gets rough and some boats that go through it are huge.
It always amazes me how effortless the Vikings, hatteras, etc look. But the the Makos do so well for a "value boat"
That Blackfin goes through the water with such ease.
Enjoyed the boat list in the description, well done. Cheers
Mon préféré est, comme toujours, le " Midnight Express " ! Yesssss...! 👍😎
It's interesting how the waves up there seem more like larger swells plus chop instead of mainly chop in South Florida
brett wattigney North Atlantic swell
7:40 that Greene turtle boat!!!
Well done! Thanks for getting up so early to shoot this. I'm not a morning person, so it's nice to see.
you're welcome! there were several thousand people there on Monday, several hundred on Tuesday to watch the boats go out
4:02 is a 2006 60’ Spencer named Bar South out of Key Largo, FL. She typically spends the summer season in OC, MD. 47 knot top end. It’s a fast boat!
excellent! thanks for the id, added that detail to the description and gave you credit
Thanks! Love the vids. Especially the WMO vids because that's my home inlet.
You're welcome! plan is to produce alot more vids up there in 2020, the boat action is great and that beach town is the best.
Man they have that midnight out on a fishing trip with the back row seat need to be at a sandbar
My favorite is the fishing boat at the end. : P
Sweet video
That Blackfin 29 I want it. To bad I’ll have to settle for a Phoenix cause those fin prices are starting to climb
We are here on this early morning
Zapper your vids are the best.......I'll take the 40 Topaz,,please......
thanks, seem to be plenty of topaz up in ocmd
5:45 looks like a Jersey dawn maybe a 40 or 42ft
My thoughts as well except I was going slightly smaller and thinking 36ft Jersey Dawn. Sweet looking boat regardless of size.
The boat in question looks like either a Buddy Davis or a Spencer.

Why is the radar spinning so fast at 1:10? I've never seen a radar so fast ever.
4:07 is is a Viking 48 I believe
