Hindi medium se koi discrimination nahin hota, this is a false narrative. Also CSAT should remain or should be made more tough cuz that will increase the quality of students clearing Civil Services Exam
then what about students who have done schooling from regional languages!? They don't even get any chance to attempt paper in their language but i never saw them crying. Paper should only be in English

Even UPSC panel members are english speaking class I appeared in CLS interview at dholpur house it was a good and heartbreaking experience. All three members were expert in their fields, they all looked like they were CEOs of some top corporates 😂 However my interview did not go as planned two members grilled me to death pertaining to labour laws and I could not go that deep so drowned as was clear in the final merit
Sanskrit is 7000+ years old and we can be proud of Tamil as it is 2000+ be it is living language means Tamil is still spoken, so Tamil is oldest spoken language by common people
Hard fact I really feel like why did I born in india Where there is no common language If I would have had one language since childhood, I would perform well without any pressure on language command. I feel this in corporate world also. Not at all proud to born in india I do speak hindi, telugu, urdu and English. But I don't have strong command in any one language including my mother tongue telugu. Obsession towards one language need to be removed. Or entire nation need to practice one language.
I respect hindi medium students but honestly speaking they waste more time than English medium students. They crack prelims and try to woo girls in Delhi and therefore fail to clear mains. Only those hindi medium students clear interviews who study with honesty

Upsc should make English as mandatory medium . There should be a common platform for everyone.

Most hindi medium students are supposed that are weak in English that's why they don't get marks.
Hindi as national language means imposition of a language on majority of tamil nadu, kerala, telengana, andhara pradesh and orissa.
