praying for your husband for a full recovery, and thank you for all your doll tutorials I make them for friends with grand daughters and for my 3 little granddaughters they love them.
Hi Norma I absolutely love your tutorials. You are the absolute best. You explain and show what has to be done in detail. So easy to follow. The very best by far ❤
So glad I found your tuitorials. You explain easily. As a beginner. Makes life easier for me. Little girl I look after has an 18” Our Generation doll. Wanting to crochet clothing for her. Great must get started. I am in the UK 😊
Fantastic pattern Norma. I love the skirt pattern. I donated all my doll clothes to Rose this month for Wings. Everything I know about making doll clothes I learned from your amazing tutorials. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with everyone.
Thank you, Norma! I really enjoy crocheting with you. Your patterns are wonderful! Just finished my 3rd outfit. 😀 Hope all is well with you and your family.
Great pattern, Norma! I'm making a lot of your AG patterns as a birthday present for my granddaughter, Thanks for ALL of your patterns, She will LOVE them!
I can't believe I crochet this little skirt 😊 My first time ever doing this. You are just excellent in the way you explained step by step, thank you sooo much 😊 I'm so pleased with myself lol. I looked at other sites but I just couldn't follow their instructions. I have to say you are the best in my eyes anyway 😊 Thank you again. From Mary in Ireland ☘
Thanks for sharing these wonderful doll patterns! 💗The first time I made this skirt I used the G hook and it turned out a little big in the waist so I redid the skirt using an F hook and it worked out better for me. I don’t think I crochet too loosely…..just wanted to share what worked for me. 😊
Yes, I have been through cancer also, next year I will be 10 yrs cancer-free. I am turning 60 this year and plan on jumping out of a plane to celebrate in Sept.
This was the first time I ever did a Love Knot! Thanks for the tutorial. I could not find the link for "Wings" that you mentioned. Please reply with it. Thanks again for this great video!
You said 46 rows for the waistband but on yours I only counted 23. 23 is also what seems to fit properly on my doll. A little confusing but still a great tutorial.
I think you maybe doubling her rows as you count. What looks like one row on screen is actually two. Single crochet is such a short stitch that it can be tricky to count sometimes. 23 rows would fit around a 12” Barbie type doll (especially a curvy one- I tested this) but she’s crocheting for an 18” AG doll and those 23 rows only go half way around the bigger doll. All that to say, 46 is actually what she crocheted for the waistband. Hope that helps clarify things.
Nora I go to you for things to make. Your videos are precise, easy to follow. I did hv a problem with the waistband oñ this peach skirt. It was too big , I put 3 darts in it. Any idea why it's too big?
Hi Norma! I love ur videos! I'm a visual learner..you do a great job explaining everything! I use ur dress tutorial for all my dresses even from a couple years ago. This peach color halter with skirt, top came out beautiful, skirt did too. But the waist band was too big. I had to put 3 darts in back. Any idea what I did wrong? Also the band does stretch like u said, but if I did that it wld really big. Please lmk your opinion Thank you so much Debbie
It could be your tension. Maybe it's too loose. Use a smaller crochet hook. The stretch in the waistband comes when using the backloops. Hope this helps.
Hi Norma! Did you see that American Girl Doll came out with a Boy Wellie Wisher 14" doll? I may be 62, but I'm so excited about the new boy doll and hopefully seeing your boy clothes designs! Hint hint! I got an AG Doll #92 from the Amazon days. My first original AG Doll in the box! 💕 Crafty hugs!
Not sure if you are aware, but when you were talking about the number of rows on the band, you first referred to 46 rows, then twice to 64 rows and then back to 46
Needle size depends on the yarn, make enough rows to give around the doll and follow the same stitch pattern. I haven't tried a thinner yarn. But the pattern cam be adjusted.
I can't remember what video you said if we make the doll clothes and they are way too large, how to fix it. If I make it again do I use a smaller hook? Or do I need to pull my stitches extremely tight?
I have had this problem before. If I don't feel like pausing after each row is explained, there is a way to slow down or speed up. If you look at settings(mine is shown as a gear, but sometimes they are shown as a vertical or horizontal set of three dots), look for playback speed, and you can hasten or slow the video. It's worth the small effort if you like the item.
praying for your husband for a full recovery, and thank you for all your doll tutorials I make them for friends with grand daughters and for my 3 little granddaughters they love them.
I have really enjoyed crocheting along with you! You are so easy to follow.

I added stitches and made this for a baby. Turned out so beautiful. Thank you for the easy pattern 😊
You added rows? The band going around 46 fit my 6 yr old niece
@@EbonyBruce-z9k I meant in the waistband. Sorry, I should have included that. I've used this pattern for 2 baby skirts and they are so pretty!
Thank you for another great tutorial. You explain everything so clearly. Take care. Regards from Australia 🌸🇦🇺

Wow
Thank you ❤❤

Note: Norma stops at 8 rows to add the pretty trim. At 9 rows, you can leave the skirt straight edged.
I like I like your pattern very much thank you very much
Norma I hope all so well with you and your husband is doing well also.

Really, that's awesome, Thank you, for letting me know!
Ok- I am 54 and was also super excited to see a boy doll! Girls gotta have brothers!😊
Is there a pattern for this top and skirt for babies?? I love it!!
Sorry, my patterns are for dolls only.
Thank you 🥰😘🙏🏻
Not sure if you are aware, but when you were talking about the number of rows on the band, you first referred to 46 rows, then twice to 64 rows and then back to 46
Yes. I ama aware, thank you.
Another great video Norma. If you wanted to make in a lighter yarn would you suggest needle size and band amount of rows?
Needle size depends on the yarn, make enough rows to give around the doll and follow the same stitch pattern. I haven't tried a thinner yarn. But the pattern cam be adjusted.
I can't remember what video you said if we make the doll clothes and they are way too large, how to fix it. If I make it again do I use a smaller hook? Or do I need to pull my stitches extremely tight?
Yes, if your tension is tight use a bigger hook, if your tension is loose, use a small hook. Good luck!
Nice
I want to make dress for my cat amigurumi. I will make top with other pattern.

My patterns are for dolls only.
Where I can find the instruction for the top?
th-cam.com/video/edhDnCO_O9w/w-d-xo.htmlsi=N0H4I5zuqEi4TyCY
Can this be made to fit a child please ?
Sorry, my patterns are for dolls only.
What numbers of stich can i use for a month old
Sorry, only make items for dolls.
What size doll is this? When I crochet up 46 Rose it seems like it's for a 24in
This is for an 18 American girl doll. Your tension my be looser than mine, try using a smaller hook.
😮 I like your voice I like to I
Sorry your husband is sick God help him heal ! Prayers!
I love you
how do i now when i got 46 row
You have to count your rows. Or check how it fits on you doll.
😊💙💛💚💙💛💚💙💜💜
Done 😂😂
Oh also I do not know how to change a pattern or anything
Is this for a Barbie Doll ????
This is for an American Girl doll.
No, this is for an American Girl doll.
Si ma non si capisce niente , non ci sono nemmeno i sottotitoli come si fa chi non conosce la lingua?😊
You go too fast
Sorry, my tutorial is assuming you know the basic stiches.
I have had this problem before. If I don't feel like pausing after each row is explained, there is a way to slow down or speed up.
