最后都会合理解决的，因为这个在中国很多城市出现过这种情况，我侄女在武汉，买房的时候开发商说的是某小学，结果交房后划分校区不在原来说的那个学校，然后就有了抗议，最后都会重新调节。而且学区划分每年都会有变动，我家现在住的小区在孩子上学到3年纪后学区也变了，导致我们同一个小区上一年级的小孩需要去另一个小学。只是因为会根据小区人数和学校容纳人数进行一次教育重新分配罢了。
