I just got mine and watched to find out about the small front pouch. I thought you wouldn’t mention it but you got me with the final clip. Great vid. Keep them coming.
I have had this bag since release and just figured out one way to increase stability and sagging after being annoyed about tips. There is a rectangular plastic piece that looks like it just belongs in the base of the bag but that base is already reinforced. So I was able to fit it into the front pocket behind the Velcro patch. It was really tough to squeeze in but once I did the bag literally perks up. Bag feels way more stable on the course since doing it
Atlas did well with this bag. I always felt GripEQ B series were about 50 bucks too expensive, which this bag clearly used as a concept. So, getting this bag for about 100 shipped is a no brainer. Good video.
I have a V2. I remember the description from when I bought it. That little extra pouch on the front flap was designed for an oversized mini marker (or throwing mini).
I have a v3 I made a 1/2 PVC inner frame for the bag bottom and back like an L and it stays up 95% of the time and is always stretched out nicely doesn't droop, only downside is you can only fit 2 putters up top which for me is just fine
There is definitely a piece of plastic at the bottom that applies some odd pressure on the lower back depending on strap length but it's not uncomfortable. I played 54 holes on Saturday with it and 2 of those rounds were at a super long course and I personally have no complaints, it's much more comfortable than the cheaper bags I've owned

Glad it was helpful!

Nice! I think I still have that piece I'll have to give it a try
Never played round of disc golf in my life, but I thoroughly enjoyed the video! Miss you, buddy

I couldn't agree more about the GripEq, it's a great bag but it does feel a little pricey. I love the Atlas though!
Me watching this even tho I already own and love my Atlas v4 :)
Its such a great bag! Appreciate the view 😁
You can apply heat shrink to the zipper pulls and that will prevent untying. Use adhesive lined heat shrink and they will never come off.
Great idea!

That makes alot of sense!

I might have to try that!
Nice review!
Thanks! Nice comment 😁
Just curious how the back support is? does it suck to haul around the bigger longer courses? or is it comfortable?

Had to sub cause the patches, I’ve had the tmnt one for a year now
My goal was to gain at least one because of the patches 😂
I zip my bag so my disc doesn't fall out n put my mini in that small pouch
Genuine question? Do you unzip your bag everytime you get a disc in and out?
@@decentdiscgolf after having my disc all fall out before, I do for the most part
Should have bought the bigger brother of that watermelon. Voyager lite is a better bag for the money imo
It definitely crossed my mind! I still use the Watermelon bag for all of my "try it out" discs
