Emma, you really need to educate yourself with this control, EL1 & EL2 are nothing to do with Europe!! It’s the power output, EL1 is around 4.5amps and EL2 around 8amps.
@simbamoo, on a certain site we use the on site electric trips really easily, especially when boiling a kettle for instance. So my question is would EL1 improve this by not trying to draw as much power as EL2?

ECO only heats the Water on 40C while HOT to 60C and BOOST will keep it at 60C
