Thank you....enjoyed looking over how and what Jerusalem looked like back in time. Those gates are huge & I could only imagine how it use to be when Jesus & his disciples travelled around preaching and healing the masses of people. 💖💖
The current walls and gates were not there in Jesus' time. They were constructed by Sulieman the Magnificent in the 16th century. To see the Jerusalem of Jesus, google "Second Temple model of Jerusalem ".

Seeing people praying at the western wall in the mid 1800's gave me chills thinking about how the temple could be rebuilt in our generation, answering those prayers. God has not forgotten his promises to His people and will draw them back to Himself, first by bringing them back to the land and then by Spiritual awakening. God Bless

I have very little hope that the current civilization of man will live in peace someday. My concern is that there should be planetary nuclear war and then space shuttle probes will be sent here. I love visuals, and seeing those olives trees, and the walls of Jerusalem, stripped naked of a sea of people and modern things, I don’t know, I love it. Nowadays Jerusalem has been disfigured almost completely and it’s sad. The story is the same everywhere actually... Man is relentlessly trying to overcome nature, to destroy its beauty for the profit of comfort and personal gain... it’s just a shame
