General in tennis. Technique swing etc. is maybe 30-40 percent. The goal is your movement and your footwork. If you got a hell of footwork and good movement, you can even hit with shitty technique, squash shot or smth. The striking technique which everybody wants to play is bottlenecked by footwork. Causaul Players should improve their footwork and movement, their fitness. after that the normal club player can fix some technical issues.
as a tennis player in club(Korea), it's better watch this footage which i will be able to follow his motion practice for myself. But i'm a one hand back stroker.
I was at this practice! Had to leave early to watch Iga and Maria. Didn't realize he was hitting with Coboli until I saw the tattoos in 4K. He wasn't with On yet too.
when they switch sides, you don't have to zoom in on Alcaraz. In fact his hitting partner is hitting just as good if not better. Would be nice to see his technique as well.
The tension on his racquet is insane. You can just feel the ball connecting perfectly everytime he swings his racquet.
what tension do you think his racket is on?

fed can hit bombs without even moving legs in practice.depends on the player, alcaraz use legs to drive more the ball but that not a 100% rule.
@@agradina Footwork is getting to the ball not how you move your feet when you're hitting the ball.🙂

solid 6.5
Decent forehand; backhand needs some work. Solid 4.0, maybe 4.5.
That shot at @0:37 is amazing to me. If I hit that shot with that amount of power, it would've gone into the stands 😅
which shot

Who’s his sparring partner here?
is it just me? or his right forearm is bigger than the left like federer?
I think every tennis player has this. One guy bigger the other one less big. I mean look at Nadals left arm:
mother i will try my level best

he need more top spin like nadal.
Partner's hitting seems more impresive 😅
Yeah for the average tennis player… He would stil get beaten easily
@@beautyinc1990 cobolli is getting a lot better. hopefully he can keep improving.

Yea he’s got game. His racquet head speed is very fast
alcaraz doesnt use a dampener?

It’s too bad the grunting is engrained in his stroke. Seems it could’ve been coached out of him a while ago but….
Well he seems to be doing fine with his grunting, so probably a good thing for him it wasn’t changed

ridiculous comment
he's not very good. a lot of misses and weak shots
Lmao
How dumb are you?
why does he moan every time he hits the ball. its completely unnecessary. The playing partner looked like he had a better stroke.
Well the partner on the other side doesn’t seem to have 3 soon to be 4 grand slams so if grunting makes him win let it be
