The home does have good bones. I would replace all the flooring with luxury vinyl, and redo the bathrooms. Unfortunately the home is dated by the design. The right buyer would have to purchase with those things in mind. Thank you Andrew for the video.
So they updated the kitchen but not the rest of the house ? For the price of what they are looking for is crazy . That upstairs bathroom shower needs to be cleaned and re-caulking and the baseboards throughout the whole house needs to be changed!
Simple Vegas home w/ 4BR, a pool, stove vent...like the dent space..but needs epoxy touch in the garage flooring, a small covered patio..the price is not a sucker🥀.
