Discover MRSN's Destitute Project in Greater Manchester

- Our Destitute Project was born in April 2020 in response to the coronavirus pandemic, which meant that vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers in our community were unable to go out to get food. Therefore we began the destitute project to bring food parcels to their door.
Since then, the project has continued to evolve to meet the needs of destitute refugees and asylum seekers who simply cannot afford food. Our Destitute Project Coordinator, Jennifer, has constantly been connecting with organisations across Greater Manchester to source fresh food and hygiene supplies.
