Just wanted to thank you for all your helpful tips mate, glad your on the mend an sry to here ya weren't well....all the best from Ireland☘ Happy St.Patricks day☘👊
Hi Mel pleased to see you are recovering from your recent illness. I am new to our group, but have been inspired by your work. Like so many other people I was hoping to have a chat with the Hammerhead show but did not work out due to the sheer number of people at this great event. Keep up the superb work. Great stuff!!!
Nice! Always great to have a new T.T. Video pop up in my notifications. I usually binge watch a chunk of the vids on the channel while working on my own stuff, And I’ve seen them all multiple times. Keep cracking on Mel!
Thank you for putting this out. It was great to meet you at the show - it made my day. Thank you for all the videos and tips you’ve shared with us all!
Hi Mel. This is a great way to inspire others who aren’t going to shows quite yet. I would love to hear you talk through your top 5 tables you saw and highlight the best techniques/hacks you saw for the terrain builds.
I really appreciate seeing shows tables I get a lot of inspiration this way. The table I liked the best was the one that is going to be very similar to what I want to make and that is the one with the styrofoam hills under the cloth with trees on top. It is the only way to have proper rolling hills across a battlefield. It’s good to see you back Mel , I’m glad you went to Hammerhead and took all these photos, thank you ! I hope you continue to do this for us it was truly amazing to see all those tables. Thanks again 😉
Thanks for sharing the views. And good to see you have recovered from whatever has ailed you. Take care, my friend, and keep your spirit level high! Keep safe, healthy, and happy! Crack on!
Great to see you back amongst other gamers and table creators! Some great looking tables out there! My prev (because I play the game myself), was the Blood&Plunder (pirates) table, with the mine. Really liked that touch! But I loved the variety between all the tables and all the ranges being played on top of them! Wish you the best!
I'm glad to see you videos... this kind of videos and of course when you put all your experience and knowlegde to build awesome things. Finally got some time to read your book and start some projects. Greetings from Perú.
Theres always a table that's best in show, but I enjoy the fact that so many people put so much effort into there games, it's interesting to see them all and pick out those great little ideas and ask them how they did it. Shame there aren't more shows here in the Northwest.
I love looking at all the different techniques of doing great looking gaming boards, but I think my favorite was the harbor with the ships, docks, and seaside town.
That was a table for 'Blood & Plunder'. I know those guys! Friends "from across the pond" as I'm stuck here in the US. The terrain for that game is a lot of what drew me in (and the ships) and trying to recreate that kind of stuff is how I found Mel's channel. If you're on Facebook, there's a community page at 'Blood & Plunder: Buccaneering Across the Spanish Main' with all kinds of cool photos of very similar boards. It's a small(ish) community from a small US company, but the level of craftsmanship is nothing to sneeze at.
Thanks Mel. Lots of great tables represented. I’m glad you made it out into the world again. Being locked down for a couple of years has been real bad for in-person social interaction. It’s almost a chore to do it. We all need to shake that crap off and be social animals again. Thanks for the vid. Take care. See ya next time.
Yeah, I was struggling with it buddy, it was exactly what I needed. TBH, I was nervous walking in to the place, 5 mins in, I'm shaking hands left right and centre :-D
Just. a quick question in the Burma build you used buildings 28 mm Traiding post how does 1/35 scale figures compare to the buildings they look quite big buildings would 1/35 scale look out of place next to the laser cut buildings
Some great models there. Not just buildings but a few of the figures too. The one of the snake woman (I think that's what it was) looked interesting. Glad to see you out and about. Going to these shows will be good for your mental health too. Maybe not for your wallet though! 😃
Always great with a new video, Mel. Just a thought, I could have been awesome if you'd put a little text, saying what game were played. I bet many of us choose what games to play, based on the terrain setting.
@@GamersOnGames cheers. Its been my labour of love, built and added to since B&B was released. Need to do some better roads so I don't have to rely on thr clubs well used ones.

Mal, the pandemic is far from over. Out of countless people in your video, only one person was wearing a mask and she was dicknosing. For goodness sake, why are you senselessly putting your life in danger? Please take more care of yourself in future.

Great to see you up and about again. A lot of wonderful tables. Going to have to get over there and visit one of these shows eventually.
Я просто в восторге!!!! Это лучшее что я видел!!!! Учитывая что это ещё частично интерактив!!!!! Просто 💣
So cool to see how talented these guys are. Thank you
The pictures are great. It is inspiring to see what others have done.
Always a good time watching your content, Mel :)
Gorgeous pictures, thanks!
Good to see you again Mel.
@8:21 I'd love to know who's zombie board that is, or even what game they are playing? Can anyone tell from the player sheets?

Thanks for including our 6mm Pony Wars game, was good to see the other games alas I only had limited time around the hall.
Hey Mel, better than all those tables is your return.
Was that a table of Brecouct Manor? Easy company attack during D-Day. Awesome if it was.
Yes that’s my table. I built it for 6mm figures! Thank you for your kind comments.
Awesome work bud, it was good chatting at the board with you

Hi Mel, Would you have any objection to me posting a screen shot of the image of the HYW Swordpoint game, on the Swordpoint forum (please)
Always great with a new video, Mel.

Anyone knows what is that quiditch race game?
Did you play any games when you where there?
What is the scifi board here at 1:43 ?
Stargrave, Phoenix Gaming club

@@GamersOnGames no, mine was the Burrows and Badgers table with the mushrooms next to it, but it was being run by my clubmates.

Hi Mel 😊
A wild Mel appears! ;)
Hard to pick a favorite...
Cool
I'd recognise my mushrooms anywhere :)
Nice table bud! Wills loved your mushrooms
Hmmmm, I wonder how much money for Models for Heroes a diorama of a tank towed by a farm tractor would raise. Just saying.
Cool stuff but the quality was not as good as you produce. Just saying.
