Sorry this uploaded twice originally! I had rescheduled it last night because there was an error in the editing and forgot to delete the one with the mistake ☺
I am the same way. Definitely a seasonal reader. I tend to read spooky books in October and in December I like to read books that are centered around Christmas and Winter. I also do most of my romance reading in December. This year I haven't really had an option of reading what I choose though.
I get those seasonal vibes from books too! It's really hard to explain because you just kind of feel it. Like dystopian novels give me spring/summer vibes
I love these season tbr videos. my tastes change with the season just like you. I love historical fiction and some creepy books in the fall so these videos are super helpful!
Vengeance Road!! I think this was my favorite read of the year so far hands down. The story doesn't really have any specific seasonal vibe, but it makes sense to read it in Autumn more than any other season I think!
I watch all your recommendations. but what I wait for is '10 books below 200 pages' because I always want quick reads. please recommend me atleast 3 books
I like this video and I love that you're making seasonal TBR specially Fall because I can totally relate that Fall screams for reading cozy books. My TBR is Winter, Queen of Shadows, Clockwork Princess, City of Heavenly Fire, Lady Midnight, Empire of Storms and A Torch Against the Night...
I must say that I recently found your channel and the whole booktube place. Love reading a lot but never really knew there was a place for books on youtube. But I love your channel and thanks for introducing me to this part of youtube! :) keep up the good work!
I love the seasonal tbr's... like some books enhance some feelings that seasons give you I guess... Like for me HP will always be Christmas books, the snow outside just enhances the magic of the books makes me feel like I'm actually there... if that makes any sense!
+dani27ela I used to do that but I'm gonna stop for a while, and then when I finally read it all again I'll hopefully feel like reading it the first time... same with the movies gonna not watch them for a few years... it's really hard but worth it I think!
I'm in the middle of This Savage Song right now, it's pretty entertaining :) I also wanna read Walk on Earth a Stranger because I've heard great things about Rae Carson's writing!
Your tbr for the fall is very similar to mine. Walk on earth a stranger and vengeance road give me fall vibes too. The falconer is the perfect book for fall. I highly recommend the sequel of the falconer it is one of my favorites of the year. I also want to read this savage song because it also sounds like fallish to me!
Salt to the Sea is THE best historical fiction novel I've read so far! I don't think it'll disappoint, especially since you enjoy Ruta Septeys. As for This Savage Song, I absolutely LOVED that book.
I'm not sure if I'm a seasonal reader but I like to read light books when travelling, like romances in summer, thriller/mystery books when its raining if possible. I also want to read at least one good horror book in Oct!
It would be cool to do a supernatural themed reading list as Halloween is coming up. They don't have to be scary ones. Just things that include monsters, witches and stuff like that.
It's making me very happy to lots of Autumn themed videos pop up in my subscription box xx love your TBR I'm gonna read the Harry Potter for the first time this Autumn/Winter xx
I love your videos for the editing, setting, the way you explain things... I've added a few books to my wishlist after this! :) Oh, and I like this seasonal TBR
If you're still looking for more Tudor books, Beware, Princess Elizabeth by Carolyn Meyer is totally awesome and one of the few historical fictions I truly enjoy. (I love your bookshelf, by the way!)
I just found u on TH-cam and I'm so happy because I usually am never able to find anything I really like to watch but now I found u and I love love LOVE books so thank you so much!!!

Have you read "A Fierce and Subtle Poison" by Samantha Mabry? That is a really awesome book that I read over the summer, but it's more of a fall book. It's definitely a fantasy and has a small amount of romance. I think that you would really enjoy that book!
Can you make a favorite/least favorite reading accessories video. I tried to find a video on this subject and found nothing. P.s. I was inspired to buy "fall" books after watching this video. I bought Cinder, Dark Eden, Mother of Eden, and A Darker Shade of Magic.
Great video! Have you read Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys? If not, I totally recommend it, I loved that just as much as I loved Between Shades of Gray :)
hii I recommend you to read Osho Books at least one of them because I am pretty sure you will like it . just by reading about 2/3 pages you will learn something . I hope you'll read my comment
I recently finished this savage song and I wasn't a huge fan of it. Hopefully you like it more than I did. It wasn't bad. it just wasn't my cup of tea.
I wanted to ask if there was a different between the regular Harry Potter an the illustrated Harry Potter besides that face that's it's hit pictures is the reading any different
the reason why the first HP book is called sorcerers stone is because the publishers thought that Americans would find the philosopher's stone to sound too boring

now I'm concerned about that person running past your window... did he/she catch miss the bus? was the person followed by some creep? did he/she make it on time to work? hmmm
Yes thank you for pointing that out! There had been an editing error so I had rescheduled it last night but fell asleep before I could delete the one with the mistake!

I'm totally a seasonal reader. For some reason fairy tales/ retellings remind me a lot of autumn. So I plan to read retellings in September.
Ahhh this makes me so excited for Fall!!! I'll be reading This Savage Song this Fall too because I thought it had more of a "Halloweenie" vibe!
I get those seasonal vibes from books too! It's really hard to explain because you just kind of feel it. Like dystopian novels give me spring/summer vibes
I love contemporaries in the spring/summer and mysteries and paranormal in the fall and winter!!

I'm in the middle of This Savage Song right now, it's pretty entertaining :) I also wanna read Walk on Earth a Stranger because I've heard great things about Rae Carson's writing!

I read Salt to the sea last month and it was veryy good! I learned so much I didn't know with this book and the characters were fabulous
For me the best book to read in autumn is "Jane Eyre"❤ think about it,Hailey, maybe that's why you can't seem to get into it)

I wanted to ask if there was a different between the regular Harry Potter an the illustrated Harry Potter besides that face that's it's hit pictures is the reading any different
It's exactly the same. Just has amazing illustrations. It's a good way to read these stories to kids, so they have pictures to look at.
Love your makeup just subscribed 💙
i like reading scary /fall things in summer so im not as scared. dont judge
Her name is Hailey LeBlanc like Hayley LeBlanc from brateyley
Why does saying Autumn make you feel pretentious? haha. It's what we all say here in the UK. No one calls it Fall.
Because in Canada everyone calls it Fall hahaha.
Hails Hearts Nyc
Makes sense I guess lol
Same I call "Fall" Autumn.
Very good video Hailey!

the reason why the first HP book is called sorcerers stone is because the publishers thought that Americans would find the philosopher's stone to sound too boring
hmm I didn't know that. that's kind of cool actually
I wouldn't be surprised if that was true, it's also because they didn't think Americans understood the word Philosopher because, I believe, it has a different meaning in America.
Very true. I never thought of that either.
+Nerds Ahoy! (NerdsAhoy) The boring part definitely applies to the book covers though 😂😂😂
I remember hearing this as the books were coming out. I think I would have liked philosophers stone better.
I think it's funny that in they had to film all the scenes that they said "philosopher's stone" twice, so they could also say "sorcerer's stone" for the American's. I don't get it.
now I'm concerned about that person running past your window... did he/she catch miss the bus? was the person followed by some creep? did he/she make it on time to work? hmmm
Beware that girl rules and you should give Danielle Vega a try
you uploaded the same video twice, by mistake i believe
Yes thank you for pointing that out! There had been an editing error so I had rescheduled it last night but fell asleep before I could delete the one with the mistake!
