AAT exam is not that much difficult, if one can crack jee advanced then he/she can easily clear aat exam also...

Yes you can. If you qualify aat then you can fill architecture branch in counseling if you didn't qualify aat then you cannot fill architecture branch in counseling.
You can use jee advanced rank to get admission in btech.
