Hi both, another scenic journey to your next stop, love the site, like how it has a wall all around it. Great walk for Poppy with squirrels. Thank you for sharing x
Hi Bob and Jenny.. it's been a busy few days here just upgraded our Moho and decided to buy a car to tow a Hyundai i10 so next season we will tow, this mainly inspired by yourselves showing that it's straight forward. We are watching how you drive when car is hitched and the care you take. All good. Many thanks again for the videos and inspirations. Cheers Paul and val
You should visit Stirling Castle Withing the Castle there is the argyll and sutherland highlanders museum Well worth the visit as the museum has been refurbished
Lovely scenery as always. Thought the dog walk through the woods was great despite the busy road. The site looks nice too. Surprised at the easy fix for the indicator/break lights. Afraid I wouldn't have had a clue what to do if that happened to me. Now if it does I will try the screwdriver trick first.
This is a site we quite liked. I recall the TV reception (even with booster) being abysmal. The woodland walk just outside the walled area, is where we spotted red squirrels.....beautiful . We took the bus from the end of the lane, to Stirling. Didn't take that long..... great place. Great Dobbies garden centre too on the A84 towards Stirling......well worth a visit.
nice video guys ,,,thats my old stomping ground for fishing ect,,, just a little note remember that interesting bridge well if the stories i was always told about the bridge it was a tailor from doune who built the bridge after his son was killed crossing the river and they named it the scissor bridge (not sure if it correct or not ) but i always thought of it when i crossed it going fishing ,,and the car museum up the road was nice to see and we used to go to Wallace monument very interesting for the people south of Carlisle 😊😊 hope you enjoy the rest of your trip ,,,
Been to Blair drummond caravan park a few times, we love it there. The smiddy farm shop is brilliant and has a dog friendly cafe, we enjoyed walking there and back. There is also a small fish and chip van that visits certain nights, the best fish and chips we had ever had! You order them and they bring it over to your van! Quite sheltered there within the walls when its blowing a gale which happened to us one night!
Bob & Jenny - we saw you on your travels - it's us at 5:24 - we did wave. It looks like we were just a bit out of sync with you both. We had just left Moffatt. It's shame we didn't have a chance to say hello and let you know how much we enjoy your videos. Keep safe and enjoy your adventures.
Hi Bob , Enjoying your travel videos round my homeland I’m retiring in June next year and bucket list item is to purchase a mobile home so that my wife / maybe one of my children & grandchildren can travel round Scotland / Devon and Cornwall So love the scenery , the hills , the rivers & lochs many of which I’ve fished and camped with my dad long time ago ( I’m 65 ) …..hopefully will do it Meanwhile will continue to watch your channel content with interest . I’ve been looking at the Swift KonTiki 650 and the Adria Coral plus 650 although we do like your KonTiki sport . Always interested when you drop in to review other mobile home options Anyway good luck on the rest of your trip Best regards Frank and Clare
It’s the touring park law - all new arrivals to be serenaded with motorised garden equipment and/or by an immediate neighbour setting up their awning (aka the Anvil Chorus) with optional domestic. 😵💫
Very nice Campsite! The fact that the Indicators are flashing fast means that at least one wasn't working properly! That's how you know you have a fault! Because you are towing, do you have a Warning, visual and Audible in the cab to let you know that the Indicators on what's being Towed are working?
Except that all the indicators were all working when I checked outside. But it was an earthing problem and real fault was the brake lights on the car weren't working, but I believed the fast flashing indicated an indicator fault as you said. So it pays to check all the lights and not just believe what the error messages tell you!
Hi Bob, can You please help, we are looking into changing our tourer for a motor home and I was wondering what make and model is yours and also where did you purchase it from, we live in Bolton, Lancashire and are struggling to find anyone that has a home with single beds like yours, look forward to hearing from you, thanks Annette
Thanks for watching. This is the video when we picked it up from Todd's Motorhomes in Preston. th-cam.com/video/0YQIeQuLZrA/w-d-xo.html If you search TH-cam for 'Bob Earnshaw Kon-Tiki' without the quotes, you can watch more videos about it.
Lovely site, so clean, friendly uniformed staff, loved in “the secret garden”, even saw a robin, like the book, facilities 1st class, great roomy showers, ten out of ten, will go again, can use your safari park ticket 🎟️ “booked on site”, can last every day for 2 weeks, loved the safari park, went 2 days, amazing, will come back here, safe area for dogs
Stunning little walk from that site, think Poppy was in squirrel 🐿️ heaven.

Another great one. Scotland is beautiful. Thank you once again for sharing your lovely trips.

Callandar was used for the filming of Dr. Finlays Casebook way back in the 60's.. We stopped in Stirling to visit the castle, its a beautiful area..
Thanks, didn't know that about Doctor Finlay.
Not been to well over the past few days but watching your videos always cheer me up so thank you for sharing your adventures
Hope you feel better soon! Happy Camper wishes 😊
Amazing big wall around the whole camping. Must have use a couple of bricks there.
One of my favourite sites. I usually stay there on my way up or down Scotland. Great walks through the woods
Really enjoyed that drive. Some of the countryside legs remind me of driving in parts of New Zealand.
Living in the Southwest, Scotland seems so far away, so thank you for bringing it to us at home. Take care.
Will do, thanks
Nice vid Bob. Great scenic drive, followed by amazing site

We'd love to visit Stirling Castle, but it doesn't allow dogs even in the grounds.
We visited just the outside in 2005. Would love to see inside, thanks for your comment. 😊

Thanks, not been able to look at many motorhomes with no big indoor shows and very little stock at dealers. Hopefully things will start to improve.
Lovely site this one. Certainly has a club feel about it and has kept high standards 😃👍🏻🚐 Trev
It's an ex-club site I believe.
It’s the touring park law - all new arrivals to be serenaded with motorised garden equipment and/or by an immediate neighbour setting up their awning (aka the Anvil Chorus) with optional domestic. 😵💫
So true. 😂
Are all the sites allowed to charge what they like? I would have thought it would be a fixed price for Caravan/Motorhome Club Members!
It's not a club site - private site. Club sites have a set of prices.
That wooden van was a Shepherds hut.
Yes, we found out later, you can hire them.
If your out and about
Wallace Monument if open is good if you like history
Stirling Castle is great
Yes, such a great area for that, really interesting! 😊

@@BobEarnshawMoHo Thanks so much Bob, will take a look regards 🙏
Isnt there a Wildlife Park there?
A Safari Park next door.
Been there but didn't like it very much. We have to go late on a friday for a weekend but we had to be there by 7. So won't be going again
Thanks for the feedback
If you've got to run across the road ....you haven't enough time
We weren't running.

Yes, we enjoyed this site.
