It seems that it is pretty easy to determine their meta, even though sometimes certain characters got an absurd amount of damage even though they got the same feat and similar stats as other characters.

my biggest issue is uru. i get too overwhelmed with the system. otherwise, my characters are well built.
As long as you have the appropriate attack urus in an amplified slot, you'll be fine.

for uru amplifications, you can get lucky and get all 5 amplified spending very less as well, it's not always 5 mil gold

Step 2 should actually be to check any sort of Meta Tier List or guide if the character you would like to build is any decent without or even with their latest uniform. Yes, any character works for regular World Boss and early stages of Shadowland, but if you for example like Ms. Marvel in the Square Enix Avengers game and recently started playing MFF, you may waste your resources for a character that is barely useable without her uniform and not up to par for the latest end-game content, even with the uniform. Same goes for investing into native T2 characters like the Black Order. "They have to be stronger, because they are native T2" is a thought we all had at least once during our time in MFF. Wasting resources and getting slowed down or even getting stuck while trying to overcome the next hurdle is one of the worst feelings in games and is probably one of the major reasons while newer players stop playing the game.

You know how many crystals I wasted when this game came out? I've been playing 6 years almost, the first 6 months I thought if you unlocked all the ISO8 slots and filled them, you got the effect of all of them. SOOOOOOO much gold and crystals gone 😪
The game doesnt get top grossing because its actually friendly to F2P players as much as they like to whine and cry that its not. Games like Dokkan, SDS and other gatcha games make top grossing because it forces everyone to pay just to play.
I play all 3 but in what way does it force you? Its simply them being successful on making hype units
The very thing about other game is being manipulative to force people to spend as much money as possible on an astronomical number of chance to get a character, while MFF is just being blunt and blatantly force people to spend their money to get the meta of the game.
Both are shit, the difference is that one is being too obvious to suck their playerbase pocket.
They came out with the new card system at the perfect time for me...I couldn’t get a card better than the 5 I had equipped...it needed to be the exact roll but a higher quality over 5...so now I’ve got 5% pierce on 1 with great stats, and 2% concentration on the other fully crafted card with doge, max hp, ignore def, crit dmg, scd, all attack....could only be better if they were blue...but that 1 card basically maxed out every major stat on 75% of my roster
I use gwenom like this: 3dc 5dc 6/4 and I promise you she's amazing! Please use her like this

I've offended the RNG gods somehow. I havent rolled an obelisk with a damage proc in like 2 weeks and today I decided to take a shot at crafting my Thanos avengers reward card from the legendary battle and I got two resistances and recovery rate before is almost cried. What sacrifice is required to fix this bad joojoo?

@Cynicalex do you have any tips to getting Odins blessings its like the one thing holding me back at the moment... havent received a drop from world boss battle in months!!! i know you can possibly get from completing the puzzle in the story mode all war but i dont have all the tier 3s for the one quest and seems a bit expensive to tier 3 one of them just to attempt to complete the puzzle
Hey CynicAlex just wanted your opinion on the og costumes of the heroes and how they could be upgraded even like the story mode where cap, widow and iro man got different effects for the skills. I'm a big fan of the old school X-Men costumes.

Kinda wish they would change the background like they used to
it would be cool if they change the background when equipping some uniforms, like changing the background of ghost rider's to hell when equipping king of hell uniform
Do all defense in iso 8 show up in defense stats or just physical iso 8 show in physical stats
Netmarble needs to reduce the cost of uniforms that are no longer meta/or their newest one. So many useless old/non-meta uniforms are still 1750
Human Torch is actually pretty good like He Literally Helps me beat Ebony Maw and other characters practically weak to fire damage but he does need a better uniform for a tier 3 not so much as an awakening though just a thought though
And lastly... Unless you absolutely LOVE the character... Watch content creators videos on them to see how good they are (and unis) BEFORE you spend crystals.

As always thanks for your videos Alex I was going to quit MFF because I am so weak I was having my only 2 T3s losing to Tier 2 in timeline battles, I was scratching my head until watching this vid and found out their are premium cards not just upgraded cards, playing for 6 months and feel like a noob, hell I am a noob lol.
If you are (suggesting) not planning of upgrading a character's gears past 20, what is the point in leveling them up to 70 and waisting all that material? 🤔
This tip is not that bad for awakening characters...Cruz you only need gears 20 to awaken....transcending needs gears 25
Now doing that to other characters who don't have t3 or awakening is useless so...
Man some content requires lvl 70 char so its kinda fine like u can use spidy for shadowland stage but he isnt worth doing t3
@@keshav4386 sure but what difference does it make for a character to get them lvl70 if you keep them at gears 20 (if we are not talking about awakened skills)? Will they be able to hit harder or ignore dodge of enemies? Because i don't think any of their stats or details tab will have any difference

Man yesterday I was playing with Colossus in AB normal ...I noticed Man he has ignore dodge , accumulation (both types) if he gets a new uni with all stats reserved and Awakening or T3 he'll be goooood (agent dutt)

The good thing about craft card. I dont need to equip uru cooldown or ignore defend anymore because it alrady max 50%. Its easy to build up character right now. You should try too alex. Its ok boycot is over
