I’d like to use a solar power battery to avoid charging and to be able to record. Can you recommend the best way to mount and connect with one?
They sell a small solar panel to fit them and then you don’t have to charge it

I have purchased this camera and one thing I can't figuire out, how do I clear the history. I want to delete those video's but have no clue how to do it.
In CloudEdge app, go to settings then click Recording management, then Format
Any thoughts the distance you can go from router and it still work?
Well I have a WiFi extender and with it, the camera is 150ft from my house, up in the holler. The WiFi extender is about 100ft from the house.
Without the booster, my front camera is about 25ft from the house and the house is metal.
These are great cameras in my opinion
I have't received the magnet holder. do i have to buy separate .

How can I record it for a long time eg:the whole day &night time. for review later.
You can set it to continuously record but you would really need to plug it into power because I don’t think the battery would last all night while recording continuously
after the 7 days trail, If I get a video I'd like to review but someone stole the cam.. does a copy live on my iphone app?

It’s only about 50 feet but it’s through a metal building

I charge mine like after 2 months

Yes it will, as long as you have internet connection. The batter is not replaceable.
What's the difference between this and the zs-gx2s and which one do you think is better?
The zs-gx2s has a better battery and better antennas so it has a better range

Yes I do
I can add the device, but then unable to connect. It sends my phone alerts when motion is detected but unable to connect to the camera through the app. Tried deleting, resetting and readding multiple times.
That is strange, I have 3 of them all connected. Super easy. I’m on iPhone
Can you show how to mount it
There is 1 screw you put in the wall and a slot on the mount that you put over the screw, then just stick the magnetic camera to it

For some reason I’m not able to add the second device, any idea why? I don’t have WiFi issues but it won’t connect to the WiFi

I can't get mine to connect either. Tried multiple times and even tried to do it 'manually' where they gave me a temporary? wifi network

You may need to use wifi, I’m not sure, when I connected mine I was on wifi

It’s just a standard USB to Mico USB charger cable like a lot of cell phones use

if ur wifi is switched off for awhile can u still watch the footage during the period when there is no wifi

@@WOODZMAN so if the camera is placed at my house near the door and someone in my house switches off the wifi, i cant view the live recording or any motion detected footages while i am at work. sorry for the qn again english isnt my first language
have android ph- says the cloudedge app wont work on this phone? but i heard it did? i cant get it too work. do i need cloudedge or homeedge app
I am not sure about Android, it is CloudEdge on iPhone.
Did you see if the app was on the android App Store ?

I got mine but literally installed it last night and the battery is on 42% allready after 12 hours
Was it recording all night ?
@@WOODZMAN no it wasn’t :/ it only records when motion is detected. It was on HD setting I’ve changed that now to SD after charging it up again :/ dunno if that will make a difference
Not into these white DIY Security cameras. Cheap too not PTZ or Networked 👎☹
That is not the purpose in them, they are for low cost security, easy to install and no wires to run. Anyone can install them.
They do a great job for what there purpose is!
