Hi. I test drove this car today in the UK. To everyone. It is everything the Ioniq 5 isn't. It is efficient. Feels light and nimble. You need the blue colour or no-one will notice you. This is the spiritual successor to the classic Ioniq. 180mile range at 50% state of charge.

Taller people will have to recline the seats more.
I'm 6'2" / 188 cm and had this issue in my Genesis Coupe. The one I test drove didn't have the sunroof but the one that I ordered did. After waiting 3 months for it to arrive, I sat in it, and... I didn't fit. It was a sickening feeling, like somebody had just bombed Disneyland, but I quickly learned to adopt a more reclined seating position. I had 8 years of love with that car after that.

In the inerior overviews you should generally test the USB-C ports to verify if they can output more than 10W of power and what kind of voltages they support. 20V@2A would already be massive improvement over 5V@2A if one needs to charge things like laptops or for example DJI drone batteries etc.

I am interested to see what the results are in summer and with different tires. The Continental tires don't seem to be as efficient as some tires on other EVs, such as the Hankook Ion Evo AS that Tesla is now using on the Model 3 refresh. Also, I have noticed the E-GMP cars tend to be more affected by cold weather, even temps below 55°F (12°C) seem to make quite a large difference. Also, Hyundai and Kia have pushed an update to the cars that now displays estimated arrival state of charge and time to charge at each charging stop in an update a month or two ago.

In the VW ID.5 I had to sit down and push the brake to start booting the car, then wait for the slow user interface to start, then put the car in gear and park for it to come up with a menu where I could choose to start heating the car.

As for headspace, a significant part of person's height is in the legs, so the headroom left is not exactly how much taller persoun would rub their head on the roof. I'd double that as a rough estimate, spliting the extra height between the legs and torso 50/50. Also, taller people would have their seat further back, where there is a bit more headroom still.
Seeing that Jack Scarlett from the Fully Charged Show fit in just fine, only slightly complaining about his knees obscuring some stuff, and that is one tall guy. Although he had one with the sunroof, which definitely helped.

In my opinion, one of the most terrible designs of this century. That downward line towards the back looks like the claymodel sagged at some point...

There's no point in discussing taste. And a good thing everyone is different. The Ioniq 6 is a divisive car in that way, it really is a love it or hate it thing. Personally, I like the design.

Rgd. charging: THe Ioniq 6 can precondition the battery, when it knows that you are about to charge (when you navigate to the charger). And it is funny, the first drive with my classic Ioniq ended up with the Christmas tree lighting up due to snow. I was shocked at first, then I wiped the radar twice and that was it. But to be honest there isn't much snow where I live in the lasst couple of years.
