At 2:25:58 hours "...what really changed with Jesus? What can you point to [that really changed]? And what can you point to in terms of thinking about mission and the story..." and at 2:29:52 hours "What evidence might there be that humankind as a people is moving toward another place, with no particular certainty about arrival, ...let alone what it will look like? Here's a 58-minute answer about story and mission which I find both astonishing and compelling: NT Wright & Tom Holland • How St Paul Changed the World th-cam.com/video/nlf_ULB26cU/w-d-xo.html and also Tom Holland with A.C. The Bible's purpose in a nutshell: Mankind's original ancestor, Adam, forfeited everlasting life for them. A NEW "seed" would replace Adam. CHRIST was that seed and became mankind's SURROGATE ancestor and everlasting father - replacing ADAM as their eternal lifegiver. (Genesis 3:15; 1 Corinthians 15:22,45; Isaiah 9:6) When will mankind see the benefits of Christ's ransom? (Martthew 20:28)
I get the sense from the narrative of session 2 then that Doctor right it's insinuating that jesus Had a vague concept of what he was supposed to do but that is not consistent with what he said about how he was shown what to do and what he planned and did do I don't see any vague conceptualstation from the biblical record.. If we believe he is in fact the Word made flesh And filled with the spirit of God without measure then indeed he knows exactlyWhat's going on around him and where he's going and why and what's gonna happen afterwards and all of that not because he's one with the father the father shows him everything he's supposed to do and say that's what he testified!! And he had to trust that the father would not leave his soul in shield but would vindicate him with the resurrection that's the faith I wanna follow
