- Back at Hells Headbangers to ease drop on J Dawg interviewing Adam Schnellenbach from the TH-cam channel Vital Vinyl Vlog. While we wait for Adam to call J Dawg gives the latest Hells Update and tour of the shop, showing off some of his latest Vinyl grabs. Other conversations break lose and then Adam calls in to save the day. In total half ass fashion I record the Death metal spirited interview while we get a glimpse of J Dawg's office. If nothing else this a a half assed HELLCAST!

Funny thing, I saw Mortician on the same tour J Dawg is talking about, with Skinless opening, and the same thing happened-- there were maybe a dozen people there. There were three or four hardcore kind of bands that played the show also (just local stuff, not part of the tour) and there were more people there for those bands than for Mortician and Skinless. I remember I bought the Morbid Records picture disc of Chainsaw Dismemberment (that was the album the tour was for) at that show. That was one time I saw Mortician with Roger playing guitar, as he ended up playing drums for a few years after that. I got to meet Will and he was a cool guy, even commenting on the Necrophagia shirt I was wearing that night. He looked at it and said, "That's a badass fuckin' shirt."
Side story: at that Mortician show, some drunk-ass guy approached me, asking me to get him a beer. He said the bartender cut him off, saying, "It's just because he doesn't like me." Yeah, it certainly couldn't be the fact that he was clearly hammered. Then the jackass spilled what remained of his beer on one of my boots. I was ready to take that same boot to his face, but instead I just told him to piss off.
It was definitely a weird time back then.
