As a stage 4 cancer survivor, I am so thankful to Jesus for giving me a second chance at life. Last week my PET/CT test revealed that the cancer has not spread to other parts of my body. I met so many wonderful people who were fighting for their lives especially several women who were battling breast cancer who were all such brave sisters whose spirits lifted me. Friends if you ever get cancer do not ever give up. I have three daughters who need me and I need them. Thank you Jesus for giving me life. Jesus I am so in love with you.

Angelis - Oxidative stress causes over 200 dis-eases, cancer included.
There is a NATURAL supplement that reduces oxidative stress by 40% in 30-days to that of a 20 year old. By reducing oxidative stress, your immune system will work at optimal level.

Great testimony Dan. When my doctor first told me over the phone that I had stage IV pancreatic cancer my very first thought was the words to the song "When we all get to Heaven what a day of rejoicing that will be". A lot of people have been praying for me and I have made great progress in the last 17 months. Even my Oncologists have been impressed. Praise to the Lord!

I’m a survivor. During the first month of finding out I had cancer me and my wife separated but Jesus never left me and now 8 yrs later I’m cancer free and I stayed positive through everything 34 radiation treatments 1 month of chemotherapy and that was my way of dealing with cancer and bad marriage at the same time but thank God I had a relationship with Jesus and that’s all I needed.

    Great testimony Brother Dan!
I have experienced just about exactly the same situation. It is a heavy day in our lives when the doctor drops the C word on us. I am similar in age to you and I was 51 when I went through this. Prostate cancer is suppossed to be an old man's disease, as many men will develop it in their 70's or 80's. But the younger a man gets it the more deadly it is.
I'm 8 years clear now, and every day is a gift from our Heavenly Father to me. Had this not been detected and dealt with before it metastasized, I would very likely never had seen my 60th birthday. God is good!
Now we must do our part to tell other men GET TESTED YEARLY. Simple blood test with your other labs as part of a yearly physical. Simply request a PSA test too! And keep a close eye on the number. It should stay very low and not change much.
I am thankful the Lord brought you through this, as He did me too! I love your voice and your singing has blessed me since the LWT days. I hope you can share it with us for many more years to come!
    Give God the glory.
    Always!

Brother Dan, I'm so sorry that you went through this health issue. God's hand is upon you, and I understand what you and your wife experienced all too well. My precious husband went through the same. He made the decision to have the surgery followed by 2 different treatments. The Lord is so good and brought my husband through, just like he did for you. Thank you for sharing this with others because your testimony is an amazing story of God's
Love and protection. Have a blessed day.

I really appreciate your transparency and raw feelings and emotions. I've suffered many illnesses and sometimes people expect u to be so strong and so trusting of the Lord. However, I don't feel that is human. There r hard times and not so hard times but my emotions and feelings are def on a roller coaster. Glad u r well

Thank you for sharing Dan, it is so important for Christian leaders to share thngs like this--for others to realize that their learders are just like they are ---that ministers are not above the sufferings of this world either--this helps in their ministry. Again thank-you Dan.

Luke - Many people have been healed of cancer after deliverance sessions.
Cancer is the "FRUIT" of the "ROOT". Destroy the Root and the Fruit will die.
From what I've been told by deliverance ministers, the spiritual root is mostly UNFORGIVENESS. I've witnessed dozens of these healing over the years.
Henry Wright is the "father" of deliverance ministries. You can order his book from Amazon.
Staying in a forgiving attitude is the way to avoid cancer and then of course, eating the right food. Blessings! Hope this helps!

    • @robind700
      @robind700 7 ปีที่แล้ว

Luke - You may experience a healing/miracle from cancer but if that ROOT is not destroyed the cancer will show up in another part of your body and spread very rapidly. Satan wants to kill all of us but has no legal right to do so if the "root" has been destroyed. Every dis-ease, illness has a ROOT.

Bro. Dean, Praying, believing and trusting with you, Becky, the kids and the rest of your family. As you've so wisely indicated, it comes down to trust. Our God is a healer and He does all things well.
Its been ages since you were at New Life in Lancaster but I've stayed connected thru your music and I've always felt the annointing upon your ministry. Just keep believin' in what you know is true. Sis. Sandy (Dickerson) Williams

I was diagnosed with stage III non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in the spring of 2018. It started in my colon and had spread to my lymph nodes, but not my bone marrow. After five months of chemotherapy, two stays in the ICU with a bacterial infection, and a third stay in the hospital for immunotherapy, I was finally declared cancer free in September of that year. I am happy and blessed to say I have been cancer free ever since. I know I’m not out of the woods… Nobody ever truly is once they’ve had it. I decided very early on that this was something I had no possible way to control, and I remember telling God that this was entirely in His hands and the hands of my doctors. I felt an overwhelming sense of calm throughout the entire ordeal, and that is not something I would have ever expected. It’s something I think about every day.

I have been diagnosed at age 40 - this was a good message to me - I did not want share with my congregation because I didn't want sympathy or for them to make a big deal about it - but now I know I will rob them of the opportunity to pray for me.

what a great testimony Dan. I could relate to almost all your story although I was diagnosed with endometrial carcinoma back in sept of this year. With my case, the doctors also believed the cancer was contained. I must admit that it is very strange hearing the word "cancer" and how such a word can put your whole life into perspective, how God is in control of everything, and that His love endures forever. My walk with Him is so much richer because of this journey. Many blessings to your family.

Dear Dan, I wish you could know how your singing has blessed my life. Also my youngest brother Gene told me about you guys -- I praise God! I want you to know that I've prayed for your recovery for a long time now. Your sincere sister in Jesus Messiah -- Kathleen P.S. please post on your official web page an update of Dan's situation now. Information from October,2012 is not enough for me to know how to pray for you.

Well put. I'm somewhat a new fan of this group and I was impressed with Dan Dean's coming forward and speaking of this uncomfortablely as he seemed in this video. But it takes strength to stand and speak of this and show others to take courage though the Lord. Many blessings.

All lives matters to God & I just want to give glory to God, praise his holy name & his powerful name. In Jesus Christ mighty name... all things work together for good to those who love ❤️ God. Who shall separate us from the love of Jesus Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For we are persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come nor heights nor depth nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.... Amen 🙏

Jerry, but he DID share! those first days/weeks are very hard and you have so many emotions to deal with.
He was very honest sharing his thoughts. Having been through stage 3 cancer I know I would never judge someone else’s decisions.
I’m sure I did things people didn’t agree with through my journey but they had the grace to walk with me. Fortunately for me I’m not famous and open to public comments.
