I would just say that drinking coffee at night is a very bad idea. Move it in front of your futsal game, and it may actually aid your performance. You can get an ankle brace with a plastic hinge (which will save you time and it will also further reduce the risk of injury). Having that 23:00 meal is also not good for sleep quality. Either way, if you're selling a Beef product it's already assumed that you're eating some piece of the *inside* of a cow. Plus it's such a gross word - innards is a synonym for "entrails" which is like viscera and guts.
