I like the fact you don’t use music or sounds in your videos and you stay calm and keep your voices low so we can actually hear everything unlike some other TH-camrs which come across as fake.
Dont think everyone would have seen all of them, but alot put in over dramatic music and clearly fake most if not all their stuff. Some is entertaining anyway, some is just annoying.
There's a low spooky windy tone in the background. So yes there are superfluous sound effects.
Yes, they use low level background music but it’s not overbearing.

Do any of you actually read properly. They didn't say there was never any music, their saying you can hear them and you can hear the evidence clearly I have watched the majority of Ghost theory videos,cause I'm obsessed. They don't use loud obnoxious noises all the time and you can hear what's happening in the background. Theres a couple of guys who I won't name who say listen and then put really loud annoying sound effects over so you cant hear.

I lived next door to this house number 2 the lady was my neighbour and we were very friendly, but I can honestly say I never knew any of this when we lived there nothing was haunted we never had experienced anything ever and lived there for 5 years , but t was a lovely peaceful place to bring up our son nothing like this was ever ever mentioned . So strange

I came across the guys about two weeks ago and I’m hooked!!! I’ve almost made my way through all of their videos. They’re so freaking hilarious and serious when they need to be. It’s awesome. I agree. I hate to say it but - unlike Joe and Elliot - felt the woman was just making things up. Sorry. Was kind of a turn off. ( not as far as Ghost Theory - just the woman’s telling of takes)

You guys did a great job, hope you didn't pay that lady, she sure has been pushing that place hard recently, i am in a weird place on the pro and cons of "Haunted places" being touted as a business its just thwart with temptation to deceive for monetary gain.
Not saying its the case here, but doing a search of vids produced in the last 2 months this place has cropped up a number of times and with pretty much the same experience you guys had, ie bugger all except possible cases of suggestion, rather there was no owner walk round, no preconceived ideas.
Anybody else understand anything the lady said😫at the beginning of this video. I understood bits and pieces.

When you said that there wasn't any electrical wires behind the cabinet you see wires going straight down the wall over the cabinet and then you look around and noticed more wires similar to the other's and you have a surprised look on your face like you forgot to check. 🙏🤪✌🏽

After all the videos I've watched of yours this one was really disappointing when the woman said all the things that happened. I was waiting for you to start using spirit talker and necrophonic which you always have great results with but for some reason you were in the so called most haunted house and didn't. I think if you had loads more would of happened especially with spirit draining the power from them. Next time you go to somewhere like that or there again please use loads of equipment to get lots of results like talking to that doll what answers exactly right! 👍❤️💛💚

Have you seen the Midwest Ghost Hunter channel/vids?
He's endearing, almost charming in the most awkward of ways & I think it's lovely.
He doesn't upload like crazy, but when he does, I always make time to watch.
He seems very genuine, sincere, empathetic, & so polite.
Seems to me that the more legit paranormal investigators are, the less activity the experience. Same goes for Ghosts On Trent and Ouija Bros. When Adam Mark(doesn't)Explore did his investigation here, it was haunted to f*ck....oy vey, such activity👻👻👻👀🤔😧😠😡😤🖕👎😂.
Mind you he does have to pad it out, 'cos he ain't exactly personality of the year😂!.

Great investigation as always!! One of the MANY reasons I enjoy watching your videos is the fact you don't automatically say a place is haunted. You try to debunk what's happening. While people with other channels might hear loud knocking or a door closing and proclaim a location haunted you do the opposite. In reality, the knocking could be from an open window and door closing because the floor is uneven. You always look for logical reasons and when all other explanations are ruled out only then can the activity be considered possible paranormal activity. I love the fact you put out video's even if nothing really happens because that's how ghost hunting REALLY IS! For every potentially haunted location you can go to there's 10 other's that were a complete waste of time. Thanks for being you! Keep up the amazing work. I had cat balls, also noticed they go off randomly, I have no faith in them as an indicator that a spirit is close by.

At 29:02, you can literally see a ball of light (not an orb) drop from the ceiling to the right of Eliot straight down to the K2 and set it off...exactly when you say "the K2 just went off" it was AMAZING

Those dolls do not have any age to them. Even charity shops have problems getting rid of them. This is just a Victorian (cut up) cottage. The same floor boards probably run through the house next door too. I wouldn’t be worried about the candles either, I use them quite often and the ones that went out probably just got flooded by the wax melting. You did a great investigation though guys 👍🏻

My theory is that the noise we heard before the catball appeared was the actual noise of the catball making its appearance from wherever it appeared from. Obviously a previous group had forgotten it there and a spirit pushed or threw it onto the floor where it ended up.
I'd say that it had been on the ground and Elliot kicked it accidentally...BUT....Elliot would have felt it and realized what had happened instantly....so that's NOT a possibility.

Having watched many ghost hunts and done some myself I often wonder if communicating directly with them with the same question time and time again they just ignore you. As many sightings occur when someone isn't really paying attention and not talking directly to the spirits. I wonder if ignoring them totally and just talking amongst yourself would trick the Ghosts in to performing more esp if you have ones who like attention - if you get what I mean.
I have found there is a particular silence occurs before something happens. It's hard to explain its a silence that's like in its own bubble so silent you could hear a pin drop in the other side of the building its a very strange experience almost an Unearthly silence.
I ALWAYS know when a spirit is near because I smell sulpher xx
