- So apparently people actually read these descriptions... awkward. Anyway, all week we have been leaving cameras in supposedly haunted houses and mansions. This was the best location we did this week and will probably never post the others because they run the risk of boring people to death. In other news Elliot sold his unicycle yesterday after he found it in the back pocket of his mums trousers. What on earth she was doing with it is anyones guess.

I must say that this and your channel is truly refreshing....there's no staging, pulling strings (literally), no editing/overlaying/masking, using the word DEMON or DEMONIC in every video title, no renting of air BnB's and calling it a cursed cabin on cursed land, no objects flying all over the place and doors slamming every 2½ minutes while you or your partner get scratched and possessed every episode while spamming for likes with "lets get this video to 15k likes and ill come back and stay the full night!"..... 😑😆......your content is great, authentic, respectful and done very well...seriously a breath of fresh air to enjoy..glad I stumbled across you guys 🫡
I find that most American ghost hunting shows every ghost is a "Demon" and this whole 3 knocks in a row = Demonic is a load of BS. Seeing when most people (living) seem to knock on your door in a group of three knocks. I only noticed this quite recently. The postman, three knocks in a row, my neighbour did the same etc etc. If this was one of those dubious ghost hunting shows the blowing bed sheets would of been "Evidence" regardless of the open window blowing wind in 😂.

SO TRUE!!! Some of these paranormal channels and their creators are honestly so comical, yet they are not actually funny in a sense of funny making you feel good. It’s the kind of funny that is embarrassing for the creators.
@@forrest8976 I confess to watching some American ghost hunting shows a few years ago, they are SO pathetic, one that springs to mind is Omargosh , he has millions of subscribers, people are so gullible and believe every word, another one was a couple of men.. can’t remember the name now… he had a ‘spirit guide’ who would guide him on his hunts.. a native Indian guide no less 🙄, as you can imagine I soon unsubscribed to them!!!
Twin paranormal? They're entertaining enough if I'm bored but I don't believe anything they do or say. Everything is a demon when it won't of been, they soooo add in stuff too and everytime they say, if you find yourself coming back Like and subscribe, I always say aloud. Nope. 😂 It's so desperate to ask people to like a video, surely you let people like a video off their own want.

I, like many others, have recently found my way onto your channel and watched a few videos out of curiosity. You guys really are a huge breath of fresh air for the paranormal community -- I love especially how respectful you both are towards the location, the energy in the location, and any possible spirits within. This is literally the best urban exploring/ghost investigation channel I’ve come across in a good while. You can tell it’s authentic. Even when you get surprised or scared, there’s no overacting, no berating spirits etc. Just great stuff. It’s so sad to see these old buildings in such a state. I don’t think that drawer fell because of wind or someone walking by previously. There was too much time between when Elliot walked by and when it fell.

"WHY" is very clearly heard, a woman's voice. Interesting place. Gave me some serious heebie jeebies even through the screen. I have investigated lots of old places but this would certainly top my list of "OK I think I need to get out of here now". I'm not often put off by old places with old things in them but this one feels like the former occupants are still very much the present occupants. Thank you for taking one for the team :)
Its aways amazes me on how many houses are abandoned with so many folks so desperate to find affordable housing to rent maybe councils should have the pwers to buy them if left empty for 5 or more years.

In the UK there are laws in place for this - either having the owner pay huge council taxes, or even be forced to reinstate the property as housing, in some cases the council can forcibly take possession of the property. At least that's what Google says...but these things have to actually be done by people. Places in the middle of the country never have anyone report on them; in towns it's neighbours reporting you to the council.
That place is wonderful. It's such a shame to think about what happens to them to just fall into ruin. I'm sure that house was very much loved at one time.
As someone who has had paranormal experiences since a young age, this place was haunted as hell !!....when you guys set up the static camera's and at 42.19 on the far left and looking in the mirror, you hear a cupboard door opening. It literally sounds like someone is moving around in that room. Then at 42.41, same room, again looking in the mirror to the left and zoom in, a black shadow comes into view. I've been loving your content and I assure you, spirits do exist 😱

Approximately 24:35, just before you say "is that Eliot up there?" a mist passes from left to right along the ceiling. Perhaps a mist of water vapor coming through the window. Either way, my heart was racing during this whole episode. Thank you for the moments of comic relief and all you go through to share with us!
I thought the same. The bit where I nearly shat myself was I dropped something on the floor and looked up and saw the bed sheets moving - well my bowels nearly unleashed 😂 before realising the movement was most likely wind related by the motion 😂

The reason why this channel is superior to so many others is down to the lack of hype and honest analysis from joe and Elliot. It makes it so real so when something does happen that is odd and possibly paranormal it's believable. No exaggerations no faking stuff no hysteria. Really superb channel and content. Videos are great. Also they do their research and have basic historical understanding of things and knowledge so it's refreshing to watch ✌️👍

Hello, guys! At 10:45 there is a disembodied cough. At 22:56 when Elliot talks,there is a sound? Can't make it out? What is the noise at 30:06? 36:47 what is the noise you can hear? That draw did not move from wind! If you look at the replay, the whole back of the draw is on the chest of draws! This was absolutely paranormal! 42:02 there is a bang. Very faint, but there. 42:19, watch the mirror! What is causing the shadow to movie? Like a door closing or opening? Or a closet door? But the shadow does move. It was the wind. Definitely the wind.😅 Great video! Thanks guys.

I really enjoy your banter and joking about - it's a nice mix of intriguing, spooky and funny. I don't think I watch any other TH-camrs who do this kind of content. I find most of the popular ones cringey. I think that's what sets you apart. I also like that you're not over the top in your approaches.

It's funny how when Elliot was upstairs, and Joe was afraid to go up the rickety stairs, he kept trying to get Elliot to come down. He was saying: "I think we should investigate down here. I just found the rest of the house down here. Maybe you should come down her; vs🎉e". Lmao! That upstairs was creepy as hell! I would have rather than spend the whole time upstairs, because it was sinister as hell. And it was the creepiest part of that place.
If he'd walked into that room he would have most likely found himself very quickly downstairs anyways, from the looks of the ceiling in the room below it lol

Honestly, with all due respect, I think it’s best not to separate. Only reason I say that is cause if one of you hears a noise you’re gonna blame on each other. Other than that, I love your show. I started watching you guys a few months back after realizing most of the paranormal shows I was watching were fake.
There's also a real safety issue. The floors and stairs aren't stable, and it's in the middle of the night. If one of them had an accident, it would take forever to get help.

I was bought up in houses from mid 16th century. in the cotswolds. but this house!!!!! the almost 50-70s wood panels, to then just rooms with no modernisation..that place is creepy as hell . great video x
The door closing, I could put down to the wind picking up I guess. The draw, I feel that draw has been there a long time, despite Elliot and his stallion of a man frame, I find it hard to put it down to a shift in weight on the floor. Gas bottle, I think I could have been something falling like a bit of plaster or something from above, maybe general decay? You guys are still one of the few channels that I consider genuine. it is great that nothing really happens because when something small dose happens it is a real case of wtf! Awesome! love you guys!
When you left the cameras in the building. Go back and look at the footage of the dresser with the mirror on the left side of the room. What is going on in the mirror? There is a small door in the reflection that appears to move several times?

I hope you guys are genuine, because I believe you don't have a third party who doesn't carry out these actions. But when my wife's brother passed away, he left us with a Dukebox that he cherished, and one day the volume turned itself up on a song that he always played. Can't explain it!!! Never happened again. That newspaper article on Dr K.M. Fox was intriguing. Very sad story.
Before, the whole spiritualist movement there was naturalism. During that period in history they came up with some surprisingly inventive tools for researching spirits. One thing that was quite effective but simple was called the spirit window and other silly names. It's just a clear container with mineral oil and iron filings. It's like the old kids toy called the etch a sketch that can be manipulated by a magnetic field. They are really easy to make and can be pretty useful. We used to use them with suspected ghosts of children because of its similarity to finger painting.
This was an absolutely stunning house and investigation!❤ I found your channel a couple months ago and have already binged all your previous episodes. I really love the mix of urban exploring and paranormal investingating. And the level-headedness (maybe it's a word?😅) you use throughout, along with genuine humor. Your friendship is hilarious and shines through, as well as your respect of spirits as people❤ Not to mention the quality of your cinematography and editing! I'm so glad you took all the natural occurances into account such as the wind. Mind you I nearly shit myself when those bed sheets were moving before realising it was wind 😂. Another interesting thing to note is wind does carry sound so if someone is talking elsewhere outside it can travel further on the wind. Something to keep on mind. Another great investigation. Locked off isolated cameras I feel are the best way of potentially catching something. It's always been my favourite method.

Stunning house! That odd stairway must have been some sort of servants or help quarters, it was so oddly placed and dark and scary. Beautiful house, I always feel like recreating these amazing layouts in The Sims when I watch!
I’m wondering if you would consider exploring a place in daylight first, to assess the layout and any safety concerns. That way you can focus on your observations and recording without fear about falling through unsafe floors, etc. Just worried about your site safety. The videos are always interesting. 🤩👻

I only discovered you last week. Great work that you're doing and very interesting experiences! Thank you for not having any musical background and weird sound effects. It makes your investigations so much more reliable when we can hear what you are hearing. Other shows are ridiculous with the sound bites overriding everything. The investigator: "Hey, did you hear that (voice, moan, laughter etc)?? Hell no, all I heard was that cheesy music that you dubbed in. Anyway, Thank you for doing it the right way! Always showing respect to these places that you visit.
Exactly some of the music can drown out good evidence and can be so distracting and loud.

Granted, there was wind, so yeah the door closing can be chalked up to wind. The drawer however, Joe, cannot be so easily fluffed off as wind, unless of course a mini tornado passed the house and sent that drawer flying. The thing is, if the wind had picked up that much to send that drawer to the floor, you would have heard the wind, then the scraping, then the bang. And regarding the propane tank, it sounded like something was thrown, with force, at the side of it. So, not wind either. This place had a most sinister vibe, the chunk of long hair duct taped to the wall, the razor blade in the freezer, and those creepy ass winged chairs were most disturbing. My minds' eye visuals made me want to hurl. This was NOT a warm and cozy up by the fire kind of home. And my gut, tells me it is definitely haunted.
Never saw winged chairs that extremely designed. 😳

this channel and the videos compared to other "investigations" i have watched, actually feels like a true investigation. there is no dramatic music or commentary and its just amazing. you just let the videos speak for itself and when there are stuff happening it feels real.

that gas bottle sound sounded more like it was something bouncing off the top of the bottle near the valve (changed calorgas bottles and know its the top near the valve that makes the higher pitch noise

I love the fact that you actually come up with and consider reasonable explanations for the sounds and things you hear instead of freaking out and assuming everything is a ghost, respect for that. I must say I haven’t watch much investigations at all lately. Yesterday this one came in my feed and I loved it. ❤ Sad to see such a lovely house, just forgotten and left to be destroyed. But it was a very weird house too. The room didn’t make any sense, I just wish someone had saved it and the furnitures in there🥺❤️ I was so tired of fake investigations and all this stuff. Even if I didn’t watched it, as soon as you have a channel you like in your library, you almost can’t get rid of the others. It’s always promoted to you🙈. I had to take a break. But I subbed again because this was amazing, I love that you guys always try to debunk things. So now I go through the content I missed from here. Thank you guys❤

Being so young i expect you have never heard of the two comediac actors from around 1940's 50's, laurel and hardy but at times you do remind me of these two, back in their day, very popular duo.
