They left out part of Kiana’s line during Nightglow where Himeko says “If you ever see a fellow Valkyrie experiencing the cascade you must end her life right there” and Kiana says “if I…”. The whole line is essentially “If I experience the cascade, will you be the one to kill me”.
It just makes the events of final lesson even sadder.

@@reggielacey2235 it is important. The point of the full line is that Kiana asked Himeko to kill her if she turned, and even still, Himeko couldn’t fulfill that request. Not only was Himeko unable to follow through with the philosophy she taught her students, she also couldn’t follow through on the promise she made to Kiana herself.

Bronya's Chinese VA who is singing Cyberangel is a Vtuber with incognito personality, so she is not showing herself. In previous live convert during the song "Moon Halo" (where 3 singers singing - symbolizing Fu Hua, Bronya and Himeko) - 2 were faced towards cameras and she was facing away.
Check that live concert ("Starfire Sonorant") too - there Fu Hua's song Rubia was sang by a special singers. And in general it was good too.
That song that you not recognize (mnute 50) is from "A Post-Honkai Odyssey" - it is special additional game mode in game itself, about events 10 (or 15?) years after the ending of the game (which is still not there). And there is Adult Bronya and older Mei. It is semi-open world with air-combat.
APHO is 8 years after the end of the game

@@echen193 it's 100% canon, the current story is progressing slowly toward it. Looking forward to seeing whether kiana survived the battle in the moon cuz she wasn't shown in APHO and the way mei was mentioning her was so weird and vague... a almost as if she died a long time ago.

I consider this concert as a farewell from mihoyo and us, the players, to the Flame-Chasers especially Elysia, since the chapters that concluded the Elysian Realm story were dated to be released a week or so after the concert, and just like how Elysia was the center of the Elysian Realm arc, she was the center of the concert, and to us Elysia is a really special person, she has the most beautiful looks and soul, and a special person like her deserve a special farewell.
You should look up the history of the flame chasers, their history is sad and super tragic. Elysia is loved by the entire honkai community, because she did everything to give humanity a chance to succeed, she was a great person. The historia of the Previus Era is even better, than the Current Era, and much sadder

They used Augmented reality tech to project elysia into our screens live, very nice, reminds me of the Pentakill concert which they also used augmented reality for, which, by the way, i recommend you to watch too! Since you're also a league fan
In the first concert there was more songs performed by singers, FInal lesson been 1 of them. Loved both concerts honestly.

the fact that songs arranged by timeline, from the elysian realm (past) to the post honkai oddysey (future) was a perfect live concert for me.
Love how they have Otto narrating during Regression, with adult and child voice overlapping.
Looking forward to the next Genshin concert on the 1st Oct!

This was one of the best game concert i have seen to date, both with the songs and how its all presented, it just blows u away again and again!
If you like this concert, then you'll love last year's. "Starfire Sonorant", look it up. Some songs in this year's concert were performed only in instruments and some were performed by singers, same as last year. For example, last year, they performed 'Rubia' with singers. This year they only performed using instruments
The Singer of CyberAngel, that little girl is also Bronya CN VA, her name is Hanser and she is Vtuber too
And not that long ago before the concert, she had leg injury thats why she is just sitting there when she singing
Regarding the Cyber Angel performance, the singer is the Chinese voice actress for Bronya. She goes by the name Hanser online. She's a voice actress, singer and vtuber and doesn't do live appearances very often, and also doesn't show her face a lot. That's why she's wearing like a cyberpunk veil on stage. Seeing her in the flesh for a change instead of an avatar was a huge surprise and a real treat. She's one of my favorite voice actors of all time.

As someone who plays a bunch of instruments at amateur levels, the sustained runs in Mobius' theme are serious talent and really impressive!

I cant even tell how many times i have watched or listened this concert. It is just sooooooo good.
As they have shown in the background while playing Nightglow, you can see that Final Lesson and Everlasting flames basically have the same format. And the dialogue of Kiana is her answer to Himeko's dialogue from Finally Lesson. Hits harder that way
at the end, when the line in moon halo "frozen into icy rocks" is sung, the 2 guys on screen are devs for the game.

Fun fact: Hanser, the singer of cyberangel (also bronya va), got bamboozled by mhy, they told her to go on stage for a test run and turn out it was legit instead (shared by hanser)
The Fu Hua theme after the lament of the fallen theme is called Feather of Aeons, sang by the same singer as the lament of the fallen, the one in a concert is just a instrumental arrangement of it. It’s Fu Hua’s official theme
the tech for this was also used in the Vocaloid-concerts.
Hoyo is a music company, masquerading as a game company. That said, their games just seem to be getting better and better.

Firstly i would like to congratulate you for watching the entire concert.
I skip on the Orchestra parts since not my thing. Few i listen like Rubia, Nightlow, Hos theme, but most of it i skipped. You played Genshin-Impact so i guess you do listen to such orchestral music.
This concert is not on my no1 list, the last year was my favorite. Starfire Sonorant.
As a man, i rarely show my emotions. But i do have to agree with you on Nightglow. I had to wipe a few single tear that fell when watching the cg (still am).
Anyway, my comment on your video is i felt you are quite exaggerating at first 15 minutes with the wow. Maybe you do like orchestra. I dont know. But after watching you shed tears on Nightglow, i believe you are emotionally sincere. Coz i also cried.

You can react Starfire sonorant, the first Honkai concert, but before that you can heal yourself with "Cooking with Valkyrie" which is really funny and wholesome.
Besides you should watch history of the Flamchaser because it such a story that full of tragedy yet so glorious and beautiful till the end

Watching Cooking with Valkyries feels exactly like being healed using alcohol. Yeah, you are being healed, but the process stings.
Honestly Moon halo sung by captains and VA's of the characters and I believe some devs? Is gonna be one of my favorite moments from a game community as you can feel the passion behind every person singing, It's just beautiful to watch
