Nate was stating the truth. Most might not agree with it or like it. But they have to work in order to keep eating and taking care of themselves. People don't understand how the music industry works. They make enough to live comfortable and keep themselves a float. They have to hit it and when they had Mike with them he didn't understand that they were taken serious hits for him. Some of their contractual agreements stated that they couldn't get paid unless all 4 members showed up to those shows. So that was money lost for them. Where they had to go lacking for that period. Bills end up behind and other things. They have to have more than music as a source of income. That's why Nathan is smart and truly a wise man. He was taught to learn a trade. That's why he can make it and do his music career. With additional aide hustles which for him keeps his money flowing. Now Shawn and Wanya unfortunately are limited to just music. But Nate isn't he can do other things like flipping houses and selling homes. He is doing the right thing. Not being stuck in just music. You have to look and consider other things as an artist.

i love them. it was said that Mike has MS or scoliosis & once i heard an interview by the 3 saying that they didn't see his illness as that bad & on here Nate refers to it as a bad back.Nate claimed the split he asked for was ridiculous but when asked if mike was asking for more than everyone else he didn't answer but saying he can't just come in after being gone 9 years.sounds like they think it shouldn't be an even split but THEY should receive more than Mike. 2me mike should get what they get

yes i recall him sitting on a stool. my daughter has scoliosis and it is more than just a bad back. it is a condition that progressively gets worse. u can have good days but the bad days can really be painful. i was disappointed that they weren't able to understand and make up. but they say greed sometimes rules people and giving him a descent cut was too much for them i guess. :o(
Mike just wasn't honest with the rest of the fellas or his wife. He was on Iyanla 4 or 5 years ago and revealed that he actually has Multiple Sclerosis and that he had not told the rest of the group or even his wife. I understand that with MS it takes a toll on your mental state. As a BIIM fan of the last 30+ years, I pray for Mike and still hope one day he rejoins the group. I saw last year he & Wanya linked up backstage at the New Edition tour and I just wished Shawn & Nate were there too but in due time if meant to be it will be
WOW...This really bothers me. I'm a LIFE long Boyz II Men fan and have been there since the beginning. I am very surprised by this news, this is not what i was lead to believe for Michael's reason for leaving the group. I am very disappointed if this is true. BUMMER!!!

Nate and the other guys must love Mike a lot because if they didn't they would have replaced him long ago. He's been out of the group for 9 years; and yet when the guys received a star on hollywood, he had the nerves to show up out of no where and get on stage with them as if he had been with them all the time.The guys were kind enough not to have him removed from the stage. The guys should just get another bass singer and move on.Then maybe he would understand what he threw away.
