i have X96Q box. my issue is on HDMI / VGA both have screen blinking issue. tried serately through HDMI TO HDMI & HDMI to VGA via HDMI to VGA connector. but problem still not fixed. changed screen resolution as well. never blink on main desktop screen. blinking start during youtube & netflix video play

There was no issue with the T95 android tv box until it knocked the power off I discovered that from pulling the plug out at night that the wires were bare there must have been a short so I used a regular plug and the box is still dead have you any ideas.

I have superbox android box external 4/64 version... It is stuck in loading screen... It is stuck in boot i tried all methods in video but none works
If you have no power most likely the power supply is bad and needs to be replaced. You can verify by testing with second box if available.

Hello I have had my box for atleast 5 years I love it! Well today went to hit source on my tv to watch a football game and it wouldn't connect ? Like it was on blue light on hdmi connection good and internet but nothing ! Tv can't find it ? So I of course tried my ps4 in that hdmi slot and it worked fine ! So I unplugged it and waited for a few hours and unplugged the hdmi as well . Tried everything again still nothing! Very confusing? No lightning since last used it with no problem what so ever and didn't touch anything on tv so 🤷 any ideas what to do next? Thanks!
Hello sir, thanks for reaching out here. Are you update the firmware of box & TV or install any third party apps?
You can check the tv box is ok or not. Unplug the power cable of box and tv then wait 3 min. plug in back all power cables and check the problem is solved or not.
If not work then reset to factory settings the box.
Any difficulties please inform me by comments.
@FIXNETFLIX I tried all that like 20 times the TV still can not see it ! But will work for other hdmi items . The only way I can reset was toothpick through the av port still nothing . The light In front is always blue but has been since it was new . Turns red when it is off . Everything worked fine for 5 years! Never had a problem! This is original xbmcmart Android tv box it's so weird worked fine then went to use it and the TV can't see it.?? I tried different hdmi cord different hdmi port nothing! I read if the light is blue there is power issues? But I swear it's always been blue! Unless I turn it off then it's red 🤪. So not sure if that was even for my old box? What should I try next?
Also no I have not updated the TV or the box unless the TV updated by itself ? It is a smart TV. It's a Samsung a few years old but nothing has changed on it ? Also I used to get like a glitch every so often but think it's because the Playstation is hooked up and home theater system and this box? But never had anything like this happen ever ! One time I reset it a long time ago and only problem was I didn't have the code from Amazon to use to reboot but my brother who bought it for me found his receipt and all was good . That's all I know ! Lol...
