Travis song 90210 the lyrics, hes saying about Ye passing him the rock, about a promiscuous woman, her loving the low (vibration) and about money. He was saying 90210 over and over as they were carrying the body out the crowd
Basically it is named after ''Aido Aid'', who was a sound engineer in 1986, that developed a certain sound that brings peace to the world and actually I am kidding
One of my favourite Kendrick Lamar lyrics: My generation sippin' cough syrup like its water Never no pancakes in the kitchen Man, no wonder our lives is caught up in the daily superstition That the world is 'bout to end who gives a fuck? We never do listen Unless it comes with an 808, a melody and some hoes Playstation and some drank, technology bumping soul.
I just watched this video because I wanted to know how you pronounce "808" because it is in the song "Can't hold us" and I'm trying to learn it which is kinda difficult because I just learn English in school 😂
My question is why do all new songs follow the same pattern. Drums, base line, 808s, same chords etc etc. Better question is why do songs sound the same. When someone learns to make music, is it about following a pattern to make sure it sounds like 100 other songs? I remember a time when songs came out and were hits that sounded different, new and different and exciting. We have become sheep following the leader and afraid to go our own way. Even singers copy other singers in the way they pronounce words etc. If a new singer is successful, suddenly there are hundreds of new ones that sound exactly the same. It's not being creative, it's being good at copying.
@@TheMegadomino Hes talking about repetitiveness that A holes keep making with the same sounding 808's, to answer his question music sounded different back then because of the bassline. The guy in the video didn't mention the other reason for the 808 being dropped back then, it was for this very reason IT KEPT SOUNDING THE SAME!!. See in the 80s they discovered this issue to, allot of people don't know this because people don't care to study the history of music. So i say to you sir that's wtf he is talking about he wanted to know why the music sounds the same this is his and every ones answer. Look up the history online of Run Dmc Discussing this.
@@TheMegadomino Also allot of people who liked EDM and techno incorporated the 808 in their music as well. Thus is why you have people who like techno and EDM Praise Trap, older older people who liked disco also praise it. Pretty much it was a instrument that never was liked to begin with and seeing how things are going now history repeats it's self. To be honest with you the 808 has killed allot of genres that's why trap wasn't popular in the 90's all their music sounds the same and still does.

not sure if you're into melodic dubstep but check out "405" by Sirensceol. Aloma Steel and Alexa Lusader have fantastic vocals and it has a nice build up for a beastly drop
I’m curious how chakras tie in to 808. I’m sure this frequency could effect the chakra system, but is there some other connection? And yes Kanye brought me here & also Margaret Sanger, the Racist & Eugenicist who founded Planned Parenthood, so I’ve been down quite the rabbit hole this morning. 😂
Bro just thank.

808s are kick drums or basses?
Technically both - 808 refers to the drum machine, so 808 Kick, 808 Bass, etc are types of kicks, basses, and more
