Most other spots in Eastbourne are getting knocked down or there's absolutely no way in.. spent hours checking places out around the town with not much luck unfortunately
currently the telecoms building is easily accessible ive been visiting fairly often within the last month but i know youve already been. the pump station is also poorly sealed and you can lift up the planks which block the enterance to get in. sadly i dont know any others than these :( planning on visiting a spot in Shoreham soon as well as a spot in Fernhurst you've done a video on already i believe. really sad how few there are in this area though :(
Well.....the big house directly opposite this was demolished and there is now a very large brand new care home on that site. If anyone is wondering, this is on the junction of Kings Drive/Park Lane, adjacent to the mini roundabout at the end of Decoy Drive 👍👍👍
I grew up in this house lived here from 92-2000......mad to see it like this 😢

I wouldn't say it's tiny but some of the studding could be ripped out. But I do like the water feature ⛲🤣
