Sir, Aap ne bola form download karne ke bad dsc lagana hai, so my 1st question is " dsc lagane ki option kya wo sab form download karke open ne ke bad hi ayega?" and 2nd question is " Authorised Signatory ka dsc lagana hai kya sb form me? if yes the 1st we have to register his dsc by open an account as registered user or only using this "Associate Authorized Representative's DSC" option.

E MOA and E AOA forms are not available in the MCA site , however spice part B , Agile pro , inc 9 form , these 3 forms are successfully submitted and ready to be downloaded to get for submission but E MOA AND E AOA forms are not available , can anybody please help on this

I have surrendered my COP without submitting (Form ADT - 3) Submission of resignation as a statutory auditor of a company. Now when I tried to submit the form in MCA Portal it is not allowing me to sign and submit by saying a pop-up ‘membership Number is not in our records’.
Now what is the solution available to me to submit Form ADT - 3 after surrendering COP as it is mandatory to file the resignation form ?

Following errors have occured while submitting the page
1. DIN/PAN entered in DSC section does not match with director who has signed the SPICe Form.
2. DSC is not registered against CHSPS9377M. Please register your DSC.
3. DSC is not registered with 08736824 on MCA Portal. Register YOUR DSC.
4. DSC is not registered with DIN 08736824 on MCA Portal.
5. DSC is not registered with Membership No 446567 on MCA Portal.
6. Details of Practicing professional is not valid. Kindly enter a valid membership Number/Certificate of Practice Number.
7. The ID Number 02379976 entered already exists against an active DIN.
