I like that most of the people commenting don't realize it's a concept, not a product. If you like it, look at how furniture, cabinetry, and other things with hinges and permanent fixtures are made, then design it yourself based on the needs you have. Mine, for instance, will have the ability to raise or lower part of the bed so you can take everything out of the storage compartment and have a little desk.
When joined and the side walls taken down to share the space, any water from rain will come right down the center. Not an easy joint to make totally waterproof. A process to peak a single roof might help.
maybe the peek of the roof should be from one side falling to the other and offer left and right variants? than only small strip can be placed over the both peeks to divert water left and right?
Boris has the right idea. A lean to type design where the roof goes to, say, the right side. The other person could approach from opposite direction so the peak would be in the middle. A velcro strip could be attached but both male and female parts would have to be on both units.

Or mabey it just does not sell in some countries. But i ask how much it ways? How long it takes to put up and take down.? What iz it made of? and how much is it to buy?
