I don’t understand question 16, you always stay on the right side of the road when they are turning. And the car in the picture also positioned itself on the right. How comes the correct answer is in the middle of the road? Thank you!!

The correct answer is not in the middle of the road!
The correct answer is CLOSE TO THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.
That is something different than what you wrote.
