    should we use a service account to setup the api integration? If my account is disabled, does that api token also get disabled?
    thinking about best practices.

    Thank you for your help here. When I go to "Import Now" after provisioning, I pull a "Exception in callable". Any idea what could be causing this? Couldn't find a lot on Google.
